Objective : To investigate the clinical risk factors, clinical presentation and coronary angiography features in the young(?45years old)and elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods: We respectively reviewed 72 young patients and 155 old patients with AMI.All patients were admitted to the department of cardiology, the first affiliated hospital of Xin Jiang medical University from January 2016 to January 2017 and undergone coronary angiography. The clinical and coronary angiographic features were assessed.Observed the relation between smoking history, drinking history, family history, essential hypertension, type 2 diabetes history, coronary heart disease history, clinical presentation together with laboratory findings, thus we can summarize the clinical characteristic of the two groups with AMI.Results: Compared with the elderly group, most of the young patients were male, whose onset was sudden, the symptoms of chest pain were typical, the history of smoking, the history of drinking and family history were high, often incentive-based coronary single vessel disease(P<0.05).Disease and hypertension in the elderly group, history of coronary heart disease related, cardiac function decreased more common, coronary vessel disease in multiple main(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body mass index(BMI),diabetes history, dyslipidemia, arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock and other related indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: It was different to prevent the key points in young AMI and elderly AMI patients. The former was mainly related to the risk factors of coronary heart disease, and healthy habits should be formed. While the latter should actively control blood pressure and blood sugar, reduce their complications, improve prognosis and reduce the rate mortality.
