Objective To analyze the thyroid hormone levels and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia and hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 129 preeclampsia pregnant women were enrolled in our hospital for obstetrics and gynecology.Among them,77 patients had hypothyroidism.The pregnant women with hypothyroidism who were born in our hospital at the same time were the control group(46 cases).Group thyroid function,24-hour urine protein quantitation,serum albumin,pregnancy outcome,neonatal outcomes,etc.Results thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)levels,preterm birth rate,24-hour urine protein quantitation were higher in women with severe pre-eclampsia and hypothyroidism In the severe preeclampsia group,FT4 and plasma albumin were lower than those in the severe preeclampsia group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the cesarean section rate and the placental abruption rate.The incidence of low birth weight infants was higher than that in the preeclampsia group.Conclusion he incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes is higher in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia and hypothyroidism. |
