Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum progesterone(progesterone,P)and IVF-ET outcome 4 days after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET).Methods:1.According to the serum progesterone value and intervention on the 3rd day after transplantation, the subjects were divided into three groups: Group A(P ? 100 nmol / L,n = 186),group B(P > 100 nmol / L,n = 195),and group C(n = 189)had no serum progesterone level at 3 days after transplantation.According to the pregnancy outcome, the observation population in group C was divided into pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group, and the difference of P value between the two groups was compared. The differences of implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and early spontaneous abortion among group A,B and C were analyzed.Results:1.The levels of progesterone on the 3rd day after transplantation in the pregnant group were significantly higher than those in the non-pregnant group(P < 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the implantation rate and the clinical pregnancy rate among the three groups(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the implantation rate and the clinical pregnancy rate among the three groups(P > 0.05).The early spontaneous abortion rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group C(P < 0.05).When patients with P ? 100nmol/L were given intramuscular injection of chorionic gonadotropin once a day and once a time after 2000 units of intervention, the clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that in the patients with P > 100nmol/L.There was no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate compared with that in the patients with P > 100nmol/L.Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between the serum progesterone level and clinical pregnancy rate on the 3rd day after embryo transfer, and the early spontaneous abortion rate was significantly increased in the patients with serum progesterone ? 100nmol/L and without intervention.Patients with serum progesterone ? 100nmol/L were given intramuscular injection of chorionic gonadotropinonce every other day and once a time after 2000 units of intervention. The clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that in the patients with serum progesterone > 100nmol/L.There was no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate compared with that in the patients with serum progesterone > 100nmol/L.
