| Objective:To analyze the metabolomics characteristics of NAFLD patients in Xinjiang by using Metabonomics techniques, and to explore the effects of Northwest Dryness Syndrome on their metabolites. Methods:A total of 100 patients with NAFLD who were admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from April 2016 to July 2017 were enrolled.100 healthy subjects were used as controls.Blood samples were collected from all subjects, and serum metabolites were determined by liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(LC-Q TOF).The differential metabolic pathways were obtained by enrichment analysis. Results:There were 14 metabolites between NAFLD patients and the control group.Carvyl propionate,Dibutyl decanedioate,Polyporusterone C,Armiraramide and PE were down-regulated.The metabolic pathways of Sphingolipid metabolism,Ether lipid metabolism, and Glycerophospholipid metabolism were severely disturbed;there are 14 distinct metabolites between NAFLD with(Northwest Dryness Syndrome)NDS and simple NAFLD patients. The expression of metabolites of lipid metabolism and cell function activities such as Phytosphingosine and Ganodosterone was up-regulated.The metabolic enrichment analysis showed that lipid metabolism pathways such as Linoleic acid metabolism,Ether lipid metabolism,Arachidonic acid metabolism,Glycerophospholipid metabolism, and alpha-Linolenic acid metabolism were severely disturbed. Conclusion:The lipid metabolites of NAFLD patients were significantly different from those of normal people, and their lipid metabolism pathways are seriously disturbed. At the same time, lipid metabolism and its pathways in NAFLD with NDS patients were further disturb ed. |
