The Evaluation Study Of Capacity Planning Schemes Of Medical Laboratory Of Hospital A

This thesis takes Hospital A as the research object,taking biochemical-immune items as an example to make intensive study of the capacity planning schemes of medical laboratory of Hospital A.Firstly,after detailed analysis of the current capacity of the medical laboratory of Hospital A,this thesis points out the existing problems are lack of overall planning and demonstration before purchasing equipment and recruiting new employees,inability to cope with peak demand and serious waste of capacity.Secondly,based on the existing problems,combined with the planned number of beds,the annual specimen size and department planning,this thesis design three planning schemes for the capacity of biochemical-immune items of the medical laboratory of Hospital A in the new site:single-machine version scheme,automatic assembly line scheme and independent clinical laboratory scheme.Thirdly,combined with the existing problems,this thesis evaluate and analyzes the three planning schemes.At the same time,this thesis establishes the evaluation indicator system and then use it to make comparison and evaluation of the above three schemes.Finally,based upon the comprehensive evaluation results,combined with the collection,collation,analysis of primary source,arrive at the most suitable capacity planning scheme for Hospital A,then assess its effect.It is expected that this thesis will provide a decision-making suggestion for the capacity planning of medical laboratory of Hospital A which is under construction in the new site.Meanwhile,this thesis provides reference for other hospitals and a new perspective for related research.
