Construction And Implementation Of Knowledge Base Of Maternal And Child Health Care

The constructiol of ledical and health information platform is related to the important livelihood issues of our country.The development of modern information technology has brought new opportunities for the improvenent of physical quality.Among them,women's and children's health has always been a concern in the field of health.Making full use of infornation technology,integrating and developing information resources,promoting information exchange and knowledge sharing in the medical field,and strengthening the construction of service information platform are the inevitable choices to improve the medical level of maternal and child health care in China.At prese1nt,women and children have limited medical resources and fewer professionals,which has brought great troubles to women and children.In view of the shortage of medical resources for maternal and child health care,this paper proposes to build a knowledge base of maternal and child health care.Firstly,the important technologies and related tools involved in knowledge base are analyzed,including Protege,web crawler,neuron computing,word segmentation tool Word2Vec and Jena.The convolution neural network method is used to extract the features of maternal and child health knowledge texts,and the knowledge map and knowledge base of maternal and child health knowledge base are constructed.Through web crawler technology and manual collection of maternal and child health knowledge resources,text data vectorization of matemal and child knowledge text vectorization,feature extraction and model training through Word2Vec tools,the related experiments and results analysis were completed.To realize the propaganda of maternal and child health related professional knowledge,the specific content of maternal and child examination and the information service of maternal and child health needs to be done.In this paper,the system implementation is divided into two aspects:knowledge base and mobile terminal.On the basis of building domain knowledge base,the global ontology knowledge base is mapped and constructed.Based on Python and JAVA,a knowledge base system for matemal and child health care is established through Django framework and Eclipse development tools,which can be browsed and intelligently consulted.The problem of limited medical resources for matenal and child health care is alleviated.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the work,the system is simple and practical in application,perfect in function,and has been recognized by the medical staff and testers of matemal and child health care hospital.And the summary of my current work and the future development plan of the knowledge base of maternal and child health care.
