The Clinical Effect Observation Of Harmonizing Nutrient Qi And Definsive Qi To Treat Hemifacial Spasm

Objective: Using the method of harmonizing nutrient qi and definsive qi,on the basis of tiao he ying wei qu feng soup treatment of patients with hemifacial spasm,observe its clinical curative effect,in order to verify the feasibility of treatment of hemifacial spasm,the mechanism of disagreement of nutrient qi and definsive qi caused by hemifacial spasm and the effective dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine for hemifacial spasm was explored in order to alleviate the spasm of hemifacial spasm even to achieve the goal of cure.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with hemifacial spasm were selected and divided into two groups(treatment group and control group)with the simple number randomization group,and 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with tiao he ying wei qu feng soup,water decoction,daily dose.The control group was given hua tuo zai zao wan,8g each time,three times a day.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the clinical efficacy and the TCM syndrome score,intensity and frequency of hemifacial spasm were evaluated after 4 weeks.Results: All the data after statistical treatment,the total effective rate of treating facial spasm was 90.00% in tiao he ying wei qu feng soup and 73.33% in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically different(P = 0.020 < 0.05),tiao he ying wei qu feng soup in the treatment of hemifacial spasm clinical curative effect is better than that of hua tuo zai zao wan,comparing both at the same time,tiao he ying wei qu feng soup in the improvement of TCM syndrome of hemifacial spasm,intensity and frequency of better.Conclusion:To use the method of harmonizing nutrient qi and definsive qi to treat hemifacial spasm,the clinical curative effect is accurate,it can effectively reduce the spasm intensity and frequency of hemifacial spasm patients,improve the syndromes of hemifacial spasm,so that the characteristics of TCM dialectical theory can be fully demonstrated in the diagnosis and treatment of hemifacial spasm.
