Clinical Study On Using SHENLINGBAIZHU Decoction To Treat Spleen Deficiency Diarrhea After Low Anterior Resection Of Rectal Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of spleen deficiency diarrhea after low anterior resection of rectal cancer.Method:This study collected from the ward and outpatient records of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.40 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Treatment group of 20 patients take traditional Chinese medicine SHENLINGBAIZHU Decoction orally,20 cases in control group were given oral administration of Montmorillonite powder,defecation frequency,character and defecation sensation are recorded in the two groups of patients before and after 4 weeks of treatment.The whole body symptoms such as diet,abdominal distention,body fatigue were observed.Using the traditional Chinese medicine symptom grading standard,Xu Zhongfa "five item ten score system" rectal function evaluation standard and the LARS scale(Chinese version)evaluation to carry on the score,To observe the clinical effect of spleen deficiency diarrhea SHENLINGBAIZHU Decoction for the treatment of low anterior resection.Result:The clinical study showed that there were statistical significance(P<0.05)in the improvement of the anal function of the two groups.The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The two groups were statistical significance(P<0.05)in the grade improvement of the LARS scale(Chinese version).The results showed that the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was a statistical significance(P<0.05)between the two groups in the improvement of the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of defecation frequency,character and defecation sensation and the secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine symptom,such as abdominal distention,apositia,body fatigue,The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Compare the both group,SHENLINGBAIZHU Decoction in improving curative effect of spleen deficiency diarrhea after low anterior resection for rectal cancer patients with anal function,LARS scale(Chinese version)and the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of defecation frequency,character and defecation sensation and the secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,such as abdominal distention,apositia,body fatigue,are all better than Montmorillonite powder,it has a greater advantage.
