The Influences On Clinical Symptoms And Sex Hormone Level Of Female Kidney Asthenia Patients By Herb-partitioned Moxibustion On The Navel

Object:In order to observe the influences on clinical symptoms and sex hormone level of female patients with kidney aging using the method of the herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel and the flour-partitioned moxibustion,compare the differences of clinical efficacy between the two methods.Partly explain the mechanism of treatment of kidney aging on the herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel.Provide evidence for clinical anti-aging.Methods:38 female patients with kidney asthenia were selected and divided randomly into two groups,19 in the herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel group and 19 in the flour-partitioned moxibustion group.The scores of clinical symptoms and sex hormone level?FSH/LH/E₂/P/T/PRL?were observed before treatment and after treatment and be compared the differences in efficacy.Results:1.The clinical symptoms of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel improved significantly on“soreness and weakness of waist and knees”,“tired and weak”,“chill sand cold limbs”,“frequent night urinate”,“short breath”,“depressed spirit”,flour-partioned moxibustion have therapeutic effects on“tired and weak”,“chills and cold limbs”.Herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel is better than flour-partitioned moxibustion.2.sex hormone level?FSH/LH/E₂?of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel have been substantial improved and this is superior to flour-partitioned moxibustion.Conclusion:Herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel could obviously improve the clinical symptoms and sex hormone level?FSH/LH/E2/P/T/PRL?of female patients with kidney asthenia,while herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel had better effects.
