| Purpose : The infertility patients with oviduct obstruction and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were treated by oral administration and external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy was observed by comparing the changes of hemorheology and immune function between the treatment group and the control group.Methods:Sixty subjects who met the criteria for case selection were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The treatment group was treated by external application plus Xiaoyao ankun decoction,while the control group was treated by oral Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid.the pregnancy rate,changes of TCM syndromes and local signs before and after treatment,improvement of fallopian tube obstruction before and after treatment and changes of hemorheology and tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)were observed.Results:The pregnancy rate was 56.67% in the treatment group and 16.67% in the control group(p<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the treatment group,the improvement of fallopian tube patency rate,hemorheology and immunological index TNF-? were better than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusions : The combination of oral administration and external application of traditional Chinese medicine has remarkable effect on treating the disease,can obviously improve pregnancy rate,improve clinical symptoms,local signs,patency of fallopian tubes,hemorheology and regulate immune function. |
