Clinical Study On Therapy Of Reflux Esophagitis Of Qi Depression And Phlegm Obstruction Type By Pinellia Magnolia Soup And Wubei San Combined With Auricular Point

Objective:This subject aimed at the reflux esophagitis of qi depression and phlegm obstruction type,by observing and comparing the therapeutic effect of Pinellia Magnolia soup and Wubei San combined with auricular point and simple western medicine(Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets,Domperidone Tablets)on the patients with this syndrome,to provide objective basis for exploring reflux esophagitis TCM comprehensive therapy.Methods:60 patients with reflux esophagitis who were included in the standard were randomly divided into test group and control group,30 cases each.The test group received Pinellia Magnolia soup combined with Wubei San(decocting 300 ml daily and taking 150 ml every morning and evening)combined with auricular point(press auricular points 4-6 times daily,knead each time for about 2 minutes and then change to the opposite after 3 days).The control group received Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets(40mg,once a day,take orally every night before bedtime)and Domperidone Tablets(10mg,three times a day,oral 15 to 30 minutes before meal),and the course of treatment in both groups was 2 months.The clinical symptom score was used as the evaluation index of the curative effect,and the changes of the symptom scores and the related examination were observed before and after the treatment.Results:The test group was clinically cured in 1 case,18 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective,2 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 93.33%.The control group was clinically cured in 0 cases,9 cases markedly effective,13 cases effective,8 cases were invalid.the total effective rate was 73.33%.After the treatment,the clinical comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed: P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Therapy of reflux esophagitis of qi depression and phlegm obstruction type by Pinellia Magnolia soup and Wubei San combined with auricular point,it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and the damage of the esophageal mucosa under the endoscope.The overall effect is remarkable,and is superior to the control group.
