Clinical Study Of Jianpizhixie Tang Combined With Point Application Theropy In Treating Diarrhea Type Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:This study used Jianpizhixie Tang combined with point application theropy to treat diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome,and TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)diagnosis of the syndrome is spleen deficiency and wet resistance.By observing the changes of symptoms before and after treatment of the patients,to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jianpizhixie Tang combined with point application theropy in treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen deficiency and wet resistance).Method:60 patients were selected and these patients must satisfy the Roman ? select of irritable bowel syndrome diagnostic criteria.And the patients were classified as diarrhea and diagnostic as diarrhea(spleen deficiency and wet resistance)by traditional Chinese medicine.According to the principle of randomness and comparison,patients were divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The experimental group was given Jianpizhixie Tang combined with point application theropy,and the control group was given Shen Bei Gu Chang capsule and Pei Fei Kang capsule.All patients were treated in strict accordance with the requirements for 4 weeks.The difference between the two groups patients in gender,age,course of the disease,the symptoms score(treatment before)and TCM symptoms total integral were statistically analyzed and the statistical results were not statistically significant.The changes of the TCM symptom scores in two groups before and after the treatment were recorded in detail and accurately,and the possible adverse reactions were observed,and the datas were statistically analyzed.Results:1.There were 30 patients in the experimental group,of whom 3 patients were cured clinically,24 patients were significant effect,1 patient was effective and 2 were invalid,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.There were 30 patients in the control group,of whom 1 patient was cured clinically,8 patients were significant effect,14 patients were effective and 7 were invalid,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.Compared the difference between the two groups in terms of total effective rate,the answer was statistically significant.The result proved that the clinical effect of the trentment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome of Jianpizhixie Tang combined with point application theropy was better than that of Shen Bei Gu Chang capsule and Pei Fei Kang capsule.2.Two groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the main symptom integral and total symptom integral of a statistically significant difference before treatment,prompt both groups can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome,comparison between the two way,treatment group curative effect was superior to the control group.3.No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups of patients during the experiment.Conclusion:The efficacy of Jianpizhixie Tang combined with point application theropy to treat diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome is better than that of the Shen Bei Gu Chang capsule and Pei Fei Kang capsule,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It is effective and safe and worth promoting.
