| Objective: The study is investigated through questionnaires to present the current situation of visual fatigue;and the clinical observation of the needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of visual fatigue gives the objective evaluation.Methods: The visual fatigue questionnaire were performed on 100 cases,according to the national diagnostic criteria to diagnosis the syndrome differentiation,and summarizes the features of TCM syndromes and disease status;72 cases of visual fatigue of cold and heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group.Each group contained 36 cases.The treatment group received needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the control group was given shitulun.Results: 1.Liver and kidney deficiency syndromes accounted for 31%;the weakness of the spleen and stomach accounted for 25%;Qi stagnation accounted for 19%;chills and fever accounted for 22%.2.The total effective rate of the clinical observation group was 88.89%,the total effective rate of the control group was 41.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The whole body symptom score was compared before and after the treatment,in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).4.The emotional symptom score was compared before and after treatment,the difference in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The visual fatigue has liver and kidney deficiency,spleen stomach weakness,liver depression and stagnation,among which cold and heat occupy an important position.2.The curative effect of pressing needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine on optic fatigue cold fever syndrome is better than that of shitulun eye drops,and it can improve the body symptoms and mood. |
