| Ojective: By observing the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Shengti f ang combined with Mc Donald's cervical cerclage for treatment of cervical incompetence,the etiology,pathogenesis,and mechanism of action were an alyzed in order to provide more effective ideas and methods for clinical practice.Methods: The 70 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided i nto the experimental group and the control group.In the experimental gro up,one dose of Yiqi Shengti Fang was given after cervical cerclage for a total of four courses.In the control group,only cervical cerclage was performed.The clinical efficacy indicators of the two groups were observ ed and statistically analyzed.Results: There was no significant difference in clinical basic data b etween the two groups(P>0.05)and they were comparable.Compared with th e control group,there were improvements in pregnancy outcomes,TCM syndr ome scores,etc.in the experimental group.Conclusion: The use of Yiqi Shengdi Fang after cervical cerclage is e ffective in improving pregnancy outcomes and symptoms of TCM.It is of gr eat significance for the reproductive health and mental health of patient s with cervical insufficiency. |
