The Clinical Study Of Effect Of The Gaofang Of "Kidney-tonifying And Liver-smoothing" For Patients With Diminished Ovarian Reserve Treated

ObjectiveThis study was designed to collect and analyze the 60 patients in gynecology department of Chancheng District Central Hospital,which were in accordance with the inclusion criteria from 2011 December to 2012 December.We used Chinese medicine theory and the method of combining Chinese and Western Medicine,in both theory and clinical studies discuss the etiology and pathogenesis and control issues of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).That"kidney deficiency and liver stagnation "is a major pathogenesis of DOR in the modern society.SO kidney-tonifying and liver-soothing be the main treatment,with Gao Fang,in a randomized controlled study,to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of kidney-tonifying and liver-soothing GaoFang in the treatment of DOR.To provide evidence for clinical medicine Gao Fang in prevention and treatment of DOR,hope to provide a new effective method to improve the quality of life of patients with DOR.MethodsBy using the method of randomized and controlled,60 patients were divided into GaoFang group,decoction group and control group.GaoFang group was treated with kidney-tonifying and liver-soothing Gao Fang,decoction group was treated with kidney-tonifying and liver-soothing decoction?and t hree menstrual cycles are 1 treatment course,.the control group was was not treated with drugs.Patients of three groups were observed TCM syndrome score,FSH,E2,AMH,antral follicle number;liver and kidney function,before and after treatment.Results(1)TCM Syndrome Scale score①Within group:All kinds of symptoms in both GaoFang group and decoction group could be mitigated and there was significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05).In blank group,there was no significant difference between before and after treatment(P>0.05).②between groups:There were significant difference between GaoFang group and blank group,decoction group and blank group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between GaoFang grroup and decoction group(P>0.05).(2)The basis of FSH,E2,AMH level①Within group:Both GaoFang group and decoction group can reduce the FSH level and upgrade the AMH level(P<0.05);While the blank group has no significant difference(P>0.05).②between groups:There were significant difference between GaoFang group and blank group,decoction group and blank group(P<0.05),and There was no significant difference between GaoFang group and decoction group(P>0.05).(3)AFC①Within group:Both GaoFang group and decoction group can upgrade the AFC(P<0.05);While the blank group has no significant difference(P>0.05).②between groups:There were significant difference between GaoFang group and blank group,decoction group and blank group(P<0.05),and There was no significant difference between GaoFang group and decoction group(P>0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of DOR,The GaoFang and decoction of "kidney-tonifying and liver-smoothing" both can increase the menstrual quantity,regulate menstrual cycle,reduce serum FSHl,improve the level of AMH,upgrade the AFC,thereby increasing ovulation,increase the number of eggs,improve the conception rate.To treat oligohypomenorrhea,late period,and to prevent and delay the ovarian function decline,improve accompanying symptoms,enhance the quality of women’s life,etc,is safe and effective.
