Clinical Research Of Wet Resistance Type Obesity Phlegm By Fire Needle Therapy

Purpose:Observe the fire needle of phlegm dampness closed resistance type of simple obesity patients weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body mass index, fat rate, the impact of waist to hip ratio (WHR) and contrast fire needle therapy for treatment of phlegm dampness closed resistance type simple obesity with conventional acupuncture in treating phlegm closed clinical effect of resistance type of simple obesity, for clinical provide for more effective treatment.Research methods:1. In June 2014 to December 2015 in Hei Longjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Second Hospital of acupuncture five and ward wards selected 60 cases of phlegm dampness closed resistance type of simple obesity patients, age between 25-55 years of age by random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with fire needle therapy, the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture treatment, each group of 30 people.2. Treatment group acupoints Tianshu,Zhongwan,Yinchiao,Outer Mound, Slippery Flesh Gate, Shuifen, Dai Channel,Daheng, Quchi, Tsusanli, every Tuesday and Friday with fire needle therapy at a time, two times a week, a total of 8 weeks of treatment; control group acupoint Zhongwan, Shuifen,Guanyuan,Tianshu,Quchi,Zhigou,Neiting,Fenglong,Shangjuxu,yinlin gquan,Neiguan,Tsusanli, treated with conventional acupuncture therapy,a week of continuous acupuncture for 5 days, Saturday, Sunday rest for 2 days and then continue to acupuncture, a total of 8 weeks of treatment.3. Respectively, before treatment and after the end of the measure and record the patients of height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body mass index (BMI), the fat rate (F%), waist to hip ratio.The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software.Result:1.Two groups of patients with age and treatment before the weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body mass index (BMI), fat rate (F%), waist hip ratio (WHR) using independent samples’t’test.Two groups of age and treatment before the weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body mass index (BMI), fat rate (F%), waist to hip ratio differences had no statistical significance (P> 0.05), with comparability.2.The gender of the two groups was Χ~2, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05),with comparability.3.After the treatment, the paired’t’test was used before and after the treatment,in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body mass index (BMI), fat percentage (F%), waist to hip ratio compared with statistical significance (P< 0.05) there was a significant difference (P< 0.05).4.After the treatment, the comparison between the two groups was treated by independent sample’t’test,statistical results show that the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of body weight, waist circumference, body mass index (BMI), the fat rate (F%), to compare waist hip ratio and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), there is a significant difference.Treatment after hip circumference value is no statistical significance (P>0.05), hip circumference difference have statistical significance (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group and control group there were significant differences in terms of reduce hip circumference.5.The total effective rate of the two groups was Χ~2, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of control group was 76.67%.Treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:To sum up, the treatment group (fire needle treatment group) and control group (routine acupuncture group) for closed phlegm dampness type simple obesity has good therapeutic effect. With fire needle treatment group can significantly reduce phlegm wet weight of closed type resistance in patients with simple obesity, body mass index, fat rate, hip circumference, waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio, so that fire needle closed to reducing phlegm dampness type of simple obesity patients body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference, and waist-hip ratio effect than routine acupuncture group.Fire needle therapy using heat stimulation, can open the meridian of outer door, so that pathogens have a way out, and it can promote the blood run, to achieve the function of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen dehumidification,So as to achieve the purpose of treating simple obesity with phlegm dampness blocking type.
