Research On Risk Management Of TS Community Hospital Information System Construction Project

Any project risks,and the risks throughout the project,regardless of what stage of the project to carry out,the risk may arise at any time.Effective risk management can reduce the probability of risk events,reducing the impact on the project.Traditional industries of information technology can improve efficiency,the degree of flexibility and adaptability to the industry,bringing new institutional changes.As China's reform of health system reform,medical institutions of information technology has made considerable progress.Through the construction of medical and health information,can enhance the operation and management level of the hospital,making an already very tense in the country on medical resources to be more optimal configuration,but also to enhance the efficiency and quality of medical services,to reduce the impact generated by human factors.But due to historical reasons the development of the medical industry,and medical industry itself complex business features,making the construction project of the health care industry information systems to various risks in the course of its lifecycle.By analyzing the characteristics of TS community hospital information system construction project,it discusses the risk identification and assessment,risk response and monitoring in the project application,and the health care industry risk management information system construction projects were studied.This paper introduces the basic profile TS community hospital information system construction project,pointed out the health care industry information system construction project with traditional software project distinction,proposed requirements capture difficult,stakeholders complicated structure,project cycle uncontrollable that the project faces three major issues.Combined with practical experience in the project,namely the project risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring study discusses four aspects,the use of brainstorming and expert examination Combination manner as the main method of project risk identification,the use of risk probability the impact on the risk matrix qualitative and quantitative assessment of the development of risk response strategies based on the results of risk assessment,and risk tracking and monitoring.This paper discusses the results of risk management through research is each project objective problems,attention to project risk management in particular,project risk identification and assessment,risk response can develop effective measures in advance to prevent the recurrence and response to unfavorable project risks and ensure project execution on schedule.Finally,on the conclusions of the study are summarized,and pointed out the shortcomings of the study,presented the outlook for the future.
