Physical examination has become an important means for people to maintain their health.Firstly,to enable customers to identify potential health risks,and secondly,the timely treatment of early symptoms;For the individual to protect their own health,for the community to reduce the burden of social medical resources,so the physical examination has become an indispensable part of people's lives.With the growing demand for physical examination of urban residents,the medical industry with the vigorous development of a variety of medical centers came into being.However,it is worth noting that despite the current city medical center has all kinds of advanced physical examination equipment and means,but in the management decision-making level there are many drawbacks,specifically:medical resource utilization is low,customer service satisfaction is not high and Lack of scientific appointment management tools.This will not only constrain the further development of the industry,further speaking,will waste the entire community of medical resources.Based on this,this paper adopts the theory of systems engineering and applies the theories and methods of operational research,management science and computer science to carry out concrete research work on the simulation modeling and optimization decision-making of physical examination center,The center of the scientific management to provide much-needed theoretical guidance and technical support.The main research work of this paper includes the following three aspects:(1)Taking a physical examination center of Shenyang Xikang Health Technology Company as an example,the basic simulation model of the double-channel of the physical examination center was established by adopting the Petri net theory with asynchronous concurrency characteristics and using CPN Tools simulation software.(2)Define a series of indicators of system performance,based on the simulation model,adding various types of monitors to collect simulation data,analyze the impact of different system resources on the performance of the whole system;(3)To establish the mathematical model of customer medical booking plan,based on the simulation model,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different customer reservation plan,determine the best program and further optimize the equipment,so that the whole medical center system modeling and optimization So that managers can make better decisions about their health plans.Through the above research,we can find that the simulation model based on Petri net can effectively describe the system operation process of the city physical examination center.At the same time,based on this simulation model,the system resource level and the theoretical analysis of customer medical appointment plan can To help improve the management of urban medical center decision-making.
