Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma after partial hepatecto my.Methods: A total of 130 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma under went hepatectomy from July 2015 to December 2016.The patients were randoml y divided into two groups: the accelerated rehabilitation group(ERAS group,n=65),control group(group C,n=65),ERAS group used the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for patients with liver cancer surgery perioperative care,C group using conventional nursing care. The hospitalization time, hospitalization co st,postoperative 48 h pain score and patient care satisfaction were compared betwe en 24 hours after admission,24 h,48h,72 h,1w and postoperative discharge outc ome and index score, postoperative bedtime and intestinal ventilation time.Results:1.Baseline results: There was no significant difference in sex, age, diagnosis,pr eoperative liver function reserve and operation mode between the two groups(P>0.05),with balanced comparability 2.(1)Results of nursing outcomes and indicato rs: There was no significant difference in nursing outcomes and index scores bet ween preoperative two groups(P>0.05)(2)postoperative 24 h ERAS group care pain control, sleep, nutritional status: food and liquid intake, knowledge: diet, rep lacement position: active, postoperative rehabilitation status score compared with t he C group statistics(P<0.05);Postoperative 48 h ERAS group outcome anxiety le vel, pain control, sleep, nutritional status: Food and liquid intake, replacement of body position: active, postoperative rehabilitation status score compared with the C group statistics(P<0.05);postoperative 72 h ERAS group care pain control, sle ep,postoperative rehabilitation status score compared with the C group statistics(P<0.05);postoperative 1w ERAS group postoperative rehabilitation status score c ompared with the C group statistics(P<0.05);3.The clinical outcome of the two groups: the time of hospitalization, the time of bowel ventilation, the number of hospital stay, hospitalization cost, postoperative 48 h pain score and patient satisfa ction were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in postoperative nursing care of patients with liver cancer is safe and effective.Accelerated rehabilitation pain control on patients with postoperative anxie ty and surgical techniques, has a positive effect on sleep and many other outcom es,can reduce the postoperative hospitalization time and hospitalization costs, acc elerate intestinal recovery, promote early resumption of oral diet and ambulation, improve patient satisfaction on nursing work.
