Objective:To evaluate the application value of a real pocket-ultrasound device Vscan in chest pain center.Methods Totally 200 patients with Suspected Acute Coronary Syndrome in the chest pain Center of wenzhou central Hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups:Group A and group B.Group A have 100 patients.According to the acute coronary syndrome's diagnosis procedure of our hospital chest pain center for diagnosis and treatment.Group B have 100 patients,According to the oacute coronary syndrome 's diagnostic procedure in chest pain center of our hospital,routinely complete bedside echocardiography with pocket-ultrasound device Vscan and record the results.The time of ultrasound examination,the time of determining the cause of chest pain,the time of door-to-bal loon,and the positive rate of coronary angiography were compared between the two groups.Echocardiography was performed with Vscan and conventional ultrasound,and the consistency of the results was evaluated.Results The mean time taken to complete bedside echocardiography with vscan was only 4.27 minutes.The mean time taken to complete emergency echocardiography with standard ultrasound machine was 9.38 minutes(P<0.05).And there was also a significant difference between the two groups in the total time consumed by echocardiography.The mean time for diagnosis of chest pain was 22.53 minutes in group A and 19.11 minutes in group B(P<0.05).The mean D-to-B time was 85.39 minutes in group A and 78.23 minutes in group B(P>0.05).The mean time of door-to-balloon excluding STAMI was 106.25 minutes in group A and 70 minutes in group B(P<0.05).The positive rate of coronary angiography was 72.4%in group A and 92.9%in group B(P<0.05).There was a high consistency between Vscan and conventional ultrasound,especially in measuring atrial size,left ventricular size and abnormal systolic movement,valve regurgitation and pericardial effusion(K>0.80,P<0.05).The assessment of valvular stenosis and left ventricular outflow tract obstruction was slightly less consistent.Conclusion There was a high consistency between Vscan and conventional ultrasound,especially in measuring atrial size,left ventricular size and abnormal systolic movement,valve regurgitation and pericardial effusion?The diagnostic efficiency of Vscan in chest pain center was significantly higher than that in conventional ultrasound.Vscan can be widely used in chest pain center.
