Objective: By analyzing the clinical time and the trend of early cardiac function of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)operation in different stages of the chest pain center(CPC)in the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University,to optimize the mode and the effectiveness of the CPC.Methods: The patients with STEMI admitted to the CPC from September 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled in our study. All the patients were divided into three groups according to time, the period of Hangzhou CPC(group A);the period of CPC of China(group B);the period of China CPC demonstration base(group C).The differences of clinical time and cardiac function among three groups were compared retrospectively, and explored the correlation between them. Results: There was no statistical difference in S-FMC time among the three groups(P>0.05),the time of D-B in the three groups were significantly decreased with the development of CPC(P<0.05),while the C-B time showed decreased trend. The time of S-B and FMC-B were not significantly decreased with the shortening of D-B time.In terms of cardiac function, there was no significant differences among these three groups. One of the cardiac function indicators, ejection fraction(EF),showed an upward trend among the three groups(P>0.05).In terms of correlation analysis, only Killip classification and BNP have strong positive correlation with FMC-B time and a negative correlation between EF value and S-B time. Conclusion: During the progress of the CPC,system and procedures optimization only improved the in-hospital process, but less impact of the pre-hospital indicators, which is more relevant to the prognosis of STEMI patients. In this study,it is suggested that the pre-hospital system is essential for the optimization of the CPC.As a result,we can achieve a more efficeint treatment of STEMI patients by mobilizing social forces.
