| Objective: to discuss the clinical efficacy and complications of Snodgrass urethroplasty in the treatment of hypospadias.Methods: a retrospective analysis of 2012 January to 2016 December admitted to the pediatric department of Urology the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University by Snodgrass one stage urethroplasty in 102 patients followed up for 6 months or more,summarize and analyze the curative effects and complications after surgery,urethral fistula and urethral stricture were analyzed.Results: of the 102 cases,84 cases were successful,the success rate was 82.2%,11 cases had urethral fistula,the incidence rate was 10.8%.After6 months,1-6 times of urethral fistula repair was successfully repaired.7cases of urethral stricture were found and 7 cases were treated successfully after 2-6 months of urethral dilatation.Conclusion: Snodgrass urethroplasty in the treatment of distal hypospadias,the operation is simple,the success rate is high,the incidence of complications is low,it is worth popularizing in clinical. |
