Analysis Of Disease Spectrum Of Hospitalized Children In Anhui Province From 2013 To 2017

Objective In order to understand the changing regularity of the spectrum of inpatient children's diseases in anhui province,to discuss the changing trend of pediatric diseases in hospitals,and on this basis to put forward Suggestions for the prevention and treatment of children's diseases in anhui province,to provide scientific basis for the government to rationally allocate medical resources and the work of disease prevention and health care.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract two medical and health institutions in the northern,central and southern Anhui provinces.The basic information of all hospitalized children under the age of 18 and the distribution of hospitalized children's diseases were collected and analyzed in 2013-2017.To calculate the composition of disease systems and single diseases in different years and observe their dynamic changes.Results 1)In the past five years,the number of hospitalized children in Anhui Province has shown an upward trend,with the lowest number of cases in 2013,28,035 cases,and the highest number of cases in 2017,with 54,432 cases.2)There are differences in spatial distribution.There are 94 139 cases in central Anhui,59 099 cases in northern Anhui,56 615 cases in southern Anhui,and the total number of hospitalized children in central Anhui is the sum of northern Anhui and southern Anhui.3)There are differences in the sex ratio.In the past five years,the total number of hospitalized children is more than that of men,including 1,330,28 males and 76,825 females,with a male to female ratio of 1.73:1.4)There were differences in hospitalization months.The hospitalization time was concentrated in December and July,with a total of 39,511 cases,accounting for 18.83% of the total number of hospitalizations.5)There were differences in the age of hospitalized children,most of which were in the 1-5 years old group,accounting for 37.29%.The annual span between 5 and 18 years old was the largest,but the number of hospitalized children was relatively small.6)Respiratory diseases always take the first place,accounting for about 43%,among which pneumonia,bronchitis and respiratory infection respectively occupy the top three;Pneumonia tends to strike preschool children.7)The number of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia increased year by year.The incidence of hand foot and mouth disease decreased year by year.The number of people with sepsis has shot up.Conclusion Through the analysis of the disease spectrum of hospitalized children in Anhui Province in the past 5 years,it is suggested that the focus of pediatric diagnosis and treatment work is still the prevention and treatment of common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases;the number of hospitalized children is more than that of girls,and the problem of girls should be paid attention to;Differences in conditions take countermeasures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of such diseases.At the same time,we attach importance to the rapid growth of diseases and actively treat and treat children's physical and mental health.
