Objective To evaluate the value of ECT and CT and MRI in the diagnosis of malignant bone metastases. Methods Inductive the case data of patients received ECT examination in the First Hospital of Jiaxing from October 2015 to October 2017,then,select 100 cases which has better information and be confirmed by pathology or clinic as malignant tumor complicated with bone metastasis. The results were reviewed by more than two experienced physicians of nuclear medicine and radiology. Finally, the detection rate of different inspection methods was compared, and SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results ECT and CT detected 726 lesions in the same scan field, among which ECT detection rate was 92.6%?672/726?,and CT detection rate was 78.0%?566/726?,there are significant difference between the two(??17?=61.581,P<0.05).ECT found 224lesions outside their same scan field.ECT and MRI detected 401 lesions in the same scan field, among which ECT detection rate was 82.5%?331/401?and MRI detection rate was 95.8%?384/401?,there are significant difference between the two(??17?=36.216,P<0.05).ECT found 525 lesions outside their same scan field.CT and MRI detected324 lesions in the same scan field, among which CT detection rate was 71.3%?231/324?and MRI detection rate was 95.7%?310/324?,there was significant difference between the two(??17?=69.863,P<0.05).Conclusion ECT can be used as the preferred screening method for suspected bone metastases, combined with local CT and spine MRI can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
