Objective to explore the relationship between the level of regulatory T cells(Tregs)in peripheral blood and hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)as a inflammatory factor in acute stroke patients.methods Collected in September 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital neurology department within 14 days of the 125 acute stroke patients,in patients with transient ischemic attack the 24 cases as control group.there were divided into groups according to the size of the infarction area, the scores of NIHSS.CD4 + CD25 +CD 127-Tregs in peripheral blood were detected with flow cytometry(FCM).clinical data were analyzed.Comparing the correlation of CD4 + CD25 + CD 127-Tregs in acute stroke patients patients for the infarction area size and NIHSS.Analyzing the correlation between the expression of hs-CRP and the infarction area size. Results ? 125 acute stroke patients,65 cases(52%)were in the small infarction group,36 cases(28.8%)were in the middle infarction group,24 cases(19.2%)in the large infarction group,24 cases were in the control group. The incidence of first days for 16 cases(12.8%)of acute stroke patients, second days for 21 cases(16,8%),third days for 22 cases(17.6%),fourth days for 13 cases(10.4%),fifth days for 12 cases(9.6%),sixth days for 9 cases(7.2%),12 cases(seventh days 9.6%)and the 8-14 days for 20 case(16%).?The difference of NIHSS scores between small infarction group, middle infarct group and large infarction group was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between the area of cerebral infarction and the NIHSS scores(R=0.871,P<0.01).?CD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs%were elevated comparing acute stroke patients with control group(P<0.05).CD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs%showed no significance between the 1st day and the 14th day in acute stroke patients(P>0.05).?One-Way ANOVA showed that CD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs%were significant in the control group, small infarct group, middle infarct group and large area group(p<0.01).Compared with the control group,CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg%in the middle infarction group and the large infarction group were p= 0.03,p=0.004.Compared with tregs in the small infarction group, the large infarction group was significance,p=0.002,but the control group and the small infarction group, the small infarction group and the middle infarction group p>0.05,It was also found thatCD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs%was positively correlated with cerebral infarction(r=0.644,P<0.01).?The NIHSS scores were divided into low score group(<4),Middle score group(4-8)and high score group(>8).One-Way ANOVA showed CD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs%in the control group, low score group,Middle score group and high score group were statistically significant(p<0.01).Compared with the control group,CD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs%in the Middle and high score group were p=0.02,p=0.0044.Compared with CD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs%in the Middle score group, high score group were significance(p=0.02),but there were no significant difference between the control group and low score group, even between high score group and Middle score group. It was also found that CD4+CD25+CD127-Tregs%was positively correlated with NIHSS score((r=0.580,p<0.01))..?The size of infarction area in acute stroke patients was positively correlated with the inflammatory factor hs-CRP(r=0.588,p<0.01).Conclusions ?Tregs is progressive with an increase of infarction area size and NIHSS.Tregs can predict the severity of acute stroke patients.?The serum hs-CRP was positively correlated with infarction area in acute stroke patients.
