| ObjectiveTo analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of two different surgical methods(OSAHS).Method40 patients with OSAHS in the palatal-pharyngeal plane and lingual plane were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group from September 2015 to December 2016.The observation group was treated with modified palatal pharyngeal plasty combined with fusiform resection of the tongue, and in the control group. The changes of indexes in preoperative and postoperative multiple-guide sleep monitoring(PSG)were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,the control group was 70%,and the Ahi and snoring index of one year after the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and Sa O2 was significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant in both groups(p<0.05).ConclusionThe improved palatal-pharyngeal plasty combined with fusiform resection of the tongue has better clinical effect on the patients with osahs in the palatal-pharyngeal plane and lingual plane. |
