BackgroundWHO believes that life quality is the human body's experience of their goals, expectations, standards and living conditions related to the things they care about in different culture and value systems, including individual physiological, psychological and social functions. In recent years, the incidence of lung cancer has been increasing year by year. The epidemiological investigation results show that lung cancer has become the leading cause of cancer-related death, the prognosis of patients is poor and the quality of life is low.The modern medical model requires positive quality of life management to improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients with malignant tumors, but there are many and complex factors affecting the quality of life in patients with lung cancer. Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to identify the influencing factors of quality of life of lung cancer patients and to formulate targeted management strategies.ObjectivesTo evaluate the quality of life and psychological and emotional changes of lung cancer patients during chemotherapy, and to summarize the effective intervention strategies of lung cancer patients, and to reduce the effect of the disease on the quality of life and physical and mental health of the patients by using the QLQ-C30 quality of life scale,Kessler scale and MCMQ scale before and after chemotherapy.Materials and Methods208 cases of lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from May 1,2015 to December 31,2016 were selected as subjects. All patients were treated with targeted chemotherapy regimens, and QLQ-C30 quality of life scale, patient medical response questionnaire(MCMQ),and Kessler scale were used to score in cycles 1,3 and 6 of chemotherapy.First, the general baseline data of all patients were analyzed, and the influencing factors of life quality and anxiety in different categories of patients were studied. Then, functional dimensions and symptom dimensions in QLQ-C30 scale were analyzed, and logistic regression analysis was adopted to evaluate the life quality and its influencing factors of lung cancer patients.ResultsThe results of univariate analysis of 208 patients with lung cancer shows that there are no statistically significant differences in the scores of gender, age, education, annual income, occupation, disease stage, physical activity,self-rated health and other chronic diseases(P>0.05).There are differences in marital status, smoking and alcohol consumption, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Kessler's mental health quantity form factor analysis show that there are no statistically significant differences in the scores of gender, age, educational background, annual income, marital status, disease stage, physical activity status,self-assessed health, and other chronic diseases(P>0.05).There are differences in occupation, smoking and alcohol consumption, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),Univariate analysis of medical response scale(MCMQ)shows no statistically significant differences in scores of gender, age, education, annual income, marital status, occupation, smoking.disease stage, alcohol consumption, physical activity,self-reported health, and other chronic diseases(P>0.05).208 cases of lung cancer patients' overall health score multivariable logistic regression analysis results show that the variables of age, education, marital status, drinking have significant effects on lung cancer patients in the model,Kessler mental health scale multivariable logistic regression analysis results show that the annual income, smoking, drinking alcohol,self-reported health are significantly different in this study(P<0.05).The results of multiple logistic regression analysis of the medical response scale(MCMQ)show that only whether or not alcohol consumption was statistically significant in the model, and no alcohol consumption score was higher. The correlation coefficient between the total score of QLQ-C30 and QLQ-C30 different dimensions is from 0.144 to 0.904,and both QLQ-C30 and Kessler factors are closer relationship with body function.Almost all of the relationships are negative correlation, meaning the higher body function score, the less serious psychological problems. The MCMQ total score and QLQ-C30 have a higher correlation coefficient with the health-related economic situation, which is-0.309.In other words, the worse health-related economic situation, the lower MCMQ total score.ConclusionThe quality of life of patients with lung cancer is correlated with the age, education, marital status and alcohol consumption. However, after chemotherapy, the overall quality of life of patients is significantly reduced, which is reflected in the physical, emotional and social functions, and symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, insomnia and loss of appetite gradually aggravate after chemotherapy. There are generally different levels of anxiety in lung cancer patients, and the degree of anxiety is correlated with annual income, smoking, drinking, and self-evaluation of health, and has a certain relationship with some clinical symptoms and manifestations before and after chemotherapy. We may take this as an entry point and adopt targeted programs to improve patients' anxiety and quality of life.
