The Study Of The Clinical Effects Of Early Metaphase Of Parkinson’ Disease With Kindney-tonifying Compound Combined With Madopar

ObjectiveTo gain a preliminary evaluation on clinical curative effect of early metaphase of Parkinson’s disease patients by Kidney-tonifying compound Combined with Madopar.We adopted Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)、symptoms in TCM、the width of Substantia nigra pars compacta(SNc)、a-Synuclein to observe the effects of Kidney-tonifying compound Combined with Madopar.Method1. GroupsAccording to PD diagnosis group, inclusion and exclusion criteria,we collected60PD patients from Fujian province people’s Hospital and Fujian Province-owned Hospital neurology outpatient and wards,30healthy persons meeting the normal standard had been collected from medical examination center of Fujian Provincial People’s hospital.60PD patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,both groups based on Compound levodopa MadoPar of an initial dose of62.5mg BID treatment according to China standard treatment guidelines for Parkinson’s disease. MadoPar dosage and frequency of medication may increase or decrease with the disease, Treatment group was added with Kidney-tonifying compound Cong Rong Jing, control of compound levodopa alone. The course of two groups is3months.2. Evaluation of therapeutic effectUPDRS scores and PD TCM symptoms quantitative grading scale of the treatment groups and control group were assessed before and after treatment.Measuring the width of the substantia nigra pars compacta of58PD patients and30normal group by using T2-weighted imaging (T2WI) routine scan in1.5T MRI systems before treatment and after treatment.Collecting morning fasting peripheral blood from58cases of PD patients and30normal at before and after treatment respectively, using Western blot method to detect alpha-synuclein protein expression.Result 1.The general informationIncludeding30cases of normal,58PD patients which30cases in the treatment group,28cases in the control group. No significant difference between the three groups to learn (P>0.05) in terms of gender, age.No significant difference in H-Y classification and terms of duration between Treatment and control groups (P>0.05).2.Effects of the UPDRS scores of PD patients by Kidney-tonifying compound combined with MadoparAfter three months treatment,the score of UPDRS in treatment groups was (16.80±5.76), significantly improved as compared with before treatment and control group after treatment (17.03±5.03).The progress rate in treatment groups(86.6%)was similar with that in control group(46.4%) explaining the curative effect of treatmenting PD patients by Cong Rong Jing strengthening kidney in traditional compound Chinese medicine combined western medicine is superior to western medicine alone. Treatment group in the UPDRS spirit, behavior, and the emotions and daily activities score is superior to control group, but there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).3. Kidney-tonifying compound combined with Madopar impact on the score of quantitative grading scale of TCM symptoms for PDAfter three months treatment,the score of quantitative grading scale of TCM symptoms for PD in treatment groups was significantly improved as compared with before treatment (P<0.05),and significantly lower than that in control group after treatment (P<0.05). The treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group,efficacy power (80.0%).The treatment group showed a higher efficacy than the contror in improving symptoms in Physical JuLuan, lumbar debility, listlessness, forgetful, insomnia, much dream, constipation (P<0.05).It is confirmed that Kidney-tonifying compound can improve the effectively improve the symptoms of PD patients with kidney empty.4. The change of the width of SNc of PD patientsThe width of SNc of PD patients groups before treatment and SNc width/diameter of the midbrain significantly Wider and biger than that in control group after treatment (P<0.05), There was no statistical difference between before treatment and after treatment in both groups (P>0.05), also was no statistically significant difference in after treatment of the treatment group compared with after treatment of control group (P>0.05).5. The change of the alpha-synuclein protein of PD patientsThe expression of alpha-synuclein protein of the both PD groups at befor threatment significantly improved as compared with normal group(P<0.01), There was statistical difference between before treatment and after treatment in treatment group(P<0.05),but no statistical difference between before treatment and after treatment in contor group(P<0.05).Conclusion1. The curative effect of useing Kidney-tonifying compound combined with Madopar treat PD patients was superior to the treatment with PD patients by Western medicine alone, Kidney-tonifying compound Cong Rong Jing can effectively improve the motor function of UPDRS and quantitative grading scale of TCM symptoms for PD. Kidney-tonifying compoun can improve the effectively improve the symptoms of PD patients with kidney empty.2. The width of SNC of PD patients compared with normal subjects narrowing, but the Kidney-tonifying compound for had no effect on the the width of SNC of PD patients.3. Kidney-tonifying compound combined with Madopar can reduce the expression of the plasma a-Synuclein of PD patients,and then show that the clinical efficacy of the treatment of PD, but the exact mechanism is unknown, further studies are needed.
