Research On The Construction And Improvement Of The Rural Public Health Service System In Wenzhou

Rural public health work is related to the improvement of farmers' quality of life,and plays an important role in uniting rural forces and maintaining rural economic development.Under the strategic guidance of healthy China,the party and the government attach great importance to the development of rural health,and the health level of farmers has been significantly improved.The increase of life expectancy,the improvement of newborn health rate,the maintenance of high proportion of vaccination rate,the standardized management of traditional chronic diseases,and the high level of infectious disease reporting rate are inseparable from the party and the government's original intention of serving the people,which also reflects the determination and mission of the state to promote health reform.With the improvement of the functions of community health service centers in counties,townships and villages,it shows that China has gradually changed from disease prevention to full life cycle management,making health the theme of the times.Based on the case study of Wenzhou City,through the investigation of the construction and business development of health centers in rural areas of Wenzhou,this paper finds that there are still many problems in the current public health service system in rural areas of Wenzhou,such as insufficient government funding,unbalanced distribution of health resources,lack of public health talents,lack of awareness of disease prevention,etc.,which restrict the public health service The health rights and interests of farmers can not be guaranteed.This paper analyzes the deeper reasons behind the problems,and puts forward practical measures: first,to increase government investment;second,to improve the health literacy of rural residents;third,to improve public health technology investment;fourth,to strengthen the construction of rural public health talent team;fifth,to build a preventive public health service system;sixth,to improve the rural major disease insurance and rescue system;Seventh,improve the rural public health environment improvement system.
