Objective:Through in-depth study of academic ideas and clinical experience of ancient physicians.comprehensively explored the physiological and pathological relationships between the spleen and stomach and the lungs;profoundly recognized that spleen and stomach dysfunction is an important factor in the pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis,treating chronic bronchitis from spleen and stomach.Provide a solid theoretical basis to better guide clinical applications.Methods:Search ancient Chinese literature:Inner Canon of Huangdi.Su Wen,Lingshu,The Source of Diseases,etc.;use Cough and Chronic Bronchitis as keywords,use the Chinese HowNet to search for relevant documents,To fully explain the great influence of spleen and stomach dysfunction on the pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis,and the importance of spleen and stomach function management in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Results:1 According to the discussion on cough in the Inner Canon of Huangdi · Suwen,Lingshu Classic,and the Theory of Diseases of Various Diseases,the etiology and pathogenesis of cough were classified.Searching with the word cough as the key word.there are a total of 112 coughing articles in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classics · Suwen.There are 19 citations in the Ling Shu Jing citation;The Source of Diseases is about coughing.Total discussion:215 places.:Among the six evils of exogenous emotions,the most talked about cold evil cough,there are 32.There were a total of 18 expositions on fire and cough,ranking second.The frequency of disposing of dirty cough was evenly distributed.2 Since the research topic of this thesis is Stomatology Treat Chronic Bronchitis,chronic bronchitis belongs to the category of cough in traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,there were a total of 458 related literature retrieved with the keyword of cough xx spleen and stomach and 30 related documents retrieved with the keyword chronic bronchitis xx spleen and stomach as keywords.The chronic bronchi was treated based on spleen and stomach.Inflammation or treatment of sputum from the spleen,a total of 38 prescriptions.The prescriptions for replenishing temperament were most frequent,including:Sijunzitang,Liujunzitang,Xiang shaliujunzitang,Shenqibaizhusan,Buzhongyiqitang,totaling 21 places;dampness,phlegm and sputum ranking second,including:Two Chen Tang,Atractylodes Erchentang,Zifu Erchentang,Sanzi Yangqintang,and Weijiang Jiangni Banxia Decoction have a total of 13 places;other syndromes are used less often.Conclusion:Through careful study of the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine,it is found that the spleen and stomach have close physiological relationships with the lungs:(1)the meridian connections between the spleen and stomach and the lungs,the hand lunar lung meridians originate from the middle focus spleen and stomach,and the stomach cramps are also connected to the lungs through collaterals.(2)The relationship between the five elements,the five elements,the stomach Yangming dry soil,the spleen is too wet soil;lung is gold,soil is the mother of gold.(3)Spleen and stomach and lungs are involved in the metabolism of the main body fluid,and the operation and transmission of body fluid needs the joint participation of the spleen and the stomach.(4)The relationship between the spleen-gas machine's rise and fall and the
