Objective:Lycium ruthenicum Murr is a Lycium plant belonging to the family Solanaceae.It is named for its black fruit.The plant is mainly distributed in the northwest region of China,such as Qinghai Province.L.ruthenicum Murr can be used to treat heart fever,heart disease,irregular menstruation,menopause,etc.,and its efficacy is significant,but it requires chemical composition for the deep development of black fruit pods.Deep research of pharmacological activity is supportive.Studies have found that L.ruthenicum Murr contain polysaccharides,total flavonoids,anthocyanins,procyanidins,betaines,tannins,essential amino acids,and non-essential amino acids,among which anthocyanins have antioxidant,anti-aging,and anti-irradiation properties.Polysaccharides can exhibit better anti-fatigue effects by lowering the content of malondialdehyde,increasing muscle glycogen and hepatic glycogen reserves,and total flavonoids can show better regulation to lipid by increasing HDL-C content.Although the industry has studied the composition of L.ruthenicum Murr,it still lacks depth.Based on this,we studied the dried fruits of the L.ruthenicum Murr.This study focused on the phenolic components.It is expected that novel compounds with novel structures will be discovered,which is of great significance for understanding L.ruthenicum Murr chemistry.Resina Commiphora,as an ancient Chinese medicine and spice,has the effect of dispersing stasis and pain,swelling and stimulating muscles,and is collected by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.It is a traditional Chinese traditional blood circulation and phlegm medicine.Because of its great characteristics,it has become a research hotspot at home and abroad for many years.However,there is still a lack of in-depth research on Resina Commiphora.Among them,whether the major component of myrrh is an effective component or not,and why the substance of its blood circulation is still in place?It is an unknown number.In order to further understand the chemical composition of Resina Commiphora,we initiated the study of Resina Commiphora,through the systematic study of its chemical composition and related biological activities,in order to clarify the drug substance basis of myrrh,unveil the traditional Chinese medicine mystery.Methods:Lycium ruthenicum Murr dried fruit?5kg?was crushed,extracted with80%EtOH and extracted three times at room temperature,and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain a total extract.The total extract was diluted with water to the appropriate volume and extracted three times with nBuoH to give nBuoH fractions.The dried resins?50 kg?were powdered and soaked with 95%EtOH?180 L×48h×3?to give a residue?10 kg?,which was suspended in warm water followed by extraction with EtOAc to afford an EtOAc extract?8 kg?.The compounds were isolated by combining the traditional and modle method?include silica gel,MCI gel CHP 20P,Sephadex LH-20?MeOH?,RP-18 column chromatography,HPLC,and Preparative TLC?.Their structures of compounds were elucidated on the basis of phsiochemical characteristics and spectral methods such as UV,1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,HSQC,HMBC,1H-1H COSY and so on.Results:Eighteen compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate fraction of the extract from L.ruthenicum Murr,eighteen compounds were elucidated by s pectroscopic and chemical methods,as 2-O-?3-methoxyl-4,5-dihydroxybenzoyl?-4-hydrox y-6-O-?-D-glucopyranosyl-phenylacetic acid?1?,chlorogenic acid?2?,P-hydroxybenzoi c acid?3?,chlorogenic acid methyl ester?4?,quercetin 3-O-?-D-rutinoside?5?,?6?,glucoacetos yringone?7?,syringic acid?8?,p-hydroxybenzaldehyde?9?,methyl 2-O-?-D-glucopyr anosyl-2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoate?10?,2-O-?3-Methoxyl-4,5-dihydroxybenzoyl?-4-hydroxy-6-O-?-D-glucopyranosyl-phenylacetic-8-methoxy acid?11?,tryptophan?12?,?13?,4-p-cu maroyl-?-L-rhamnosyl-?1?6?-?-D-glucose?14?,4-p-cumaroyl-?-L-rhamnosyl-?1?6?-?-D-glucose?15?,3-O-methylgallic acid?16?,3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxybenzoic a cid methyl ester?17?,ruthenicunoid A?18?.?The compounds 6 and 13 don't be named for no publish.?Eleven compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate fracti on of the total extract of Resina Commiphora,which are known as Curcolonol?1?,Commiphorane E1?2?,Chlomultin B?3?,and 4R-hydroxy-8,12-epoxyeude sma-7,11-diene-1,6-dione?4?,Commiphorane E3?5?,Myrrhterpenoid N?6?,Cur colone?7?,Curcumen bicycloenone?8?,Curcuma decadienone?9?,1?10?Z,4Z-c amphane dienen-6-one?10?,4-furanoeudesmen-6-one?11?.Conclusion:A preliminary study was conducted on the n-butanol fraction in the L.ruthenicum Mur,and three new phenolic glycosides were found.This provides a basis for further investigation of the chemical constituents and active ingredients in the L.ruthenicum Mur.11 compounds were found and identified from R.Commiphora,which provided scientific basis for further study of the chemical components and effective components of R.Commiphora,and provided references for the study of resin Chinese medicine.
