This thesis consists of two chapters which respectively focuses on the chemical compounds of Lycium ruthenicum and Resina Commiphora.Lycium ruthenicum Murr.is a kind of medicine and edible plant with good health care.In recent years, people are concerned about its pigment, which has the function of eliminating free radical, antioxidation and delaying senescence. However, people's understanding of its chemical material basis is relatively weak.In order to fully understand and utilize L.ruthenicum as a precious plant resource,to elucidate its therapeutic material basis, this paper selected as the research object, aims to enrich the chemical constituents of L.ruthenicum and to provide the most direct support for developing L.ruthenicum to the series of characteristic health food.Resina Commiphora is an ancient traditional Chinese medicine and spice.Commiphora, used as traditional medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis for many centuries, which has been embodied by Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China for its blood stasis removing pain relieving, detumescence and granulation promoting effects.Over the years,it has become a hot topic at home and abroad, but it is not clear whether the major component in Commiphora is active, and what the material basis of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is.In order to get further understanding of the chemical composition characteristics of Commiphora,we started research based on the chemical composition and related biological activities,we hope to elucidate the substance basis of Commiphora.By using a variety of materials and separation method combined with the spectroscopy technology,90 compounds were isolated and identified from the above two kinds of materials, including 12 new compounds and their structure characteristics are as follows:60 compounds were isolated and identified from L.ruthenicum, including 4 new compounds and 2 new natural products.Compounds 1-3 and 7-12 are phenylpropanoids and its glycoside derivatives, compounds 4 and 13-17 are flavonoids and its glycosides derivatives, compounds 18-21 are dihydroflavonoids, compound 22 is a flavonol, compound 23 is a chalcone, compound 24 is a lignan, compounds 5,6,34 and 35 are coumarins and its glycoside derivatives,compounds26-33 are amide alkaloids, compounds 36-38 are vatispirane sesquiterpenes, compounds 40-46 are diterpenoids, compounds 47 and 48 are triterpenoids, compounds 49-51 are steroids, compounds 59 and 60 are fatty acids.Of which, compounds 1 and 4-6 are new compounds and compounds 36 and 37 are new natural product.30 compounds including six new compounds were isolated from R.Commiphora.Compounds 1 and 2 are guaiane sesquiterpenes, compounds 3-7 are germacrane sesquiterpenes, compounds 8-11 are eudesmane sesquiterpenes, compounds 12-21 are cadiane sesquiterpenese, compound 22 is a elemane sesquiterpene, compounds 24-30 are diterpenoids.Of which, compounds 1,3,4,8,12 and 14 are new compounds.
