The Analysis On The Demand And Influence Factors Of Community Health Care Service For The Elderly In Qiqihar City

Objective:In this article,we use the questionnaire survey to collect qiqihaer city community elderly endowment demand data,understand the qiqihar the elderly community endowment situation and to the community endowment health care service satisfaction and the demand present situation,analysis the influence factors of the demand of the elderly and objective conditions,in order to combine practical for the city community endowment and offer reference for the further development of health care services.Methods:With the method of convenient sampling,400 people with registered permanent residence in qiqihar city over 60 years old were randomly selected as the research objects from longhua district,jianhua district and tiefeng district,which carried out the pilot community pension service in 2016.SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data,and descriptive statistics were conducted on the basic personal and family conditions,current situation and satisfaction surveys of the elderly and the service demand of community old-age care and health care services.Chi-square test was used for single-factor analysis of elderly people's needs for community home care medical services,and Logistic regression analysis was used for multi-factor analysis.Bilateral test was used for statistical analysis,and P?0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result:1.At present the elderly to mostly in the general level of satisfaction with the degree of community health care services,different gender,age,education,maritalstatus,occupation,living situation,the relationship between number of children,and children,on the economic level,on spending,the condition of health and care of the elderly in the community endowment service satisfaction degree were statistically significant(P?0.05).Although many communities have provided relatively rich service projects,there are widespread problems in institutions,such as a small variety of drugs and inadequate equipment configuration.2.The elderly generally know about the four pension institutions,but most of the elderly are still inclined to home-based care for the aged and community-based care for the aged.Among them,87 people chose home-based care for the aged,accounting for 24.2%,and 208 people chose community-based care for the aged,accounting for 57.8%.The elderly with different ages,education background,marital status,occupation,number of children,relationship with children,monthly economic level,monthly expenditure,health status and self-care status all had statistical significance in the choice of old-age care mode(P?0.05).3.In terms of medical services,the elderly are more inclined to provide community medical institutions with the establishment of health records,regular organization of physical examination,community health service centers,on-site diagnosis and treatment,disease care,etc.;Health knowledge in the choice of health care,healthy diet,fitness guidance;There is a great demand for door-to-door medical services,among which the demand for door-to-door transfusion and blood sampling is higher.In the rehabilitation and nursing service,the demand of rehabilitation and preventive rehabilitation training for elderly patients with frequent diseases is high.Among the auxiliary medical care services,there is a high demand for door-to-door services and "family beds",as well as drug delivery for general and emergent diseases.4.In the spirit of community endowment service needs most is comfort and health care services,pension for the elderly community health care service requirements in terms of single factor analysis,the results found that marital status,occupation,living situation,the relationship with their children,on the economiclevel,monthly spending,health and self-care situation whether variables in the elderly health care demand difference is statistically significant,P?0.05).Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of community pension medical care demand in this city,and it was found that eight variables,including education background,occupation,residence,number of children,relationship with children,monthly expenditure,main expenditure and self-care status,were the influencing factors.Conclusion:1.Community pension is the most desired pension mode for the elderly in qiqihar.2.Most of the elderly are generally satisfied with the current community pension services,as well as the medical services provided by the community.The old people are not satisfied with the community medical institutions mainly because of the small variety of drugs,poor medical equipment and low medical level.3.Spiritual comfort services and medical care services are the most important needs for community pension services.In medical and health care services,there are many categories of needs of elderly people.Education,occupation,living conditions,number of children,relationship with children,monthly expenditure,main expenditure and self-care status are the main factors influencing the needs of community old-age care medical and health care.
