| Objective:To investigate the current situation of the using of assistive devices for the disabled in Beijing from 16 to 60 years old.We want to compare the social characteristics,disability characteristics,care status,using of assistive devices,action environment and living conditions of disabled people in Beijing Compared Beijing Disabled Satisfaction with the needs of different assistive devices in terms of social characteristics,disability characteristics,care status,using of assistive devices,action environment and living conditions,and provided strong data for the positive development of assistive device services for persons with disabilities,and promoted employment of disabled persons.The work will provide a corresponding reference basis for the government to provide and reference related subsidy policies for assistive devices.Methods:In this study,the method of convenient sampling was adopted,and the questionnaire on the using and needs of assistive devices for the physically handicapped persons was designed.The current situation and demand situation of the using of assistive devices for the disabled in Beijing from 16 to 60 years old were investigated.The database was built using Epidata 3.1 software,and the entered data was imported into SPSS 24.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.The frequency and percentage are used to describe the basic situation of the respondent,the using of assistive devices and the demand situation.At the same time,the 2 test and multi-factor logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the possible factors affecting the satisfaction of the use of assistive devices.The test level ?=0.05,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:The 1,240 questionnaires were distributed and 1,206 valid questionnaires were returned.Among 1,206 physically disabled people aged 16-60,51.4% of them were male,most of them were 30-50 years old,accounting for 55.7% of the respondents,and 51.2% lived in cities,most of them culture were middle school.The degree was in junior high school,married in the marital status accounted for 66.3%,unmarried accounted for 25.1%,most people's average family monthly income was concentrated in 2000-5000 yuan,5.5% below 1,000 yuan,84 people in the first-class disabled,accounting for all 7.0% of disabled persons,358 disabled persons with secondary disabilities,accounting for 29.7% of all disabled persons,394 persons with tertiary disabilities,accounting for 32.7% of all disabled persons,and 370 persons with fourth-grade disabilities,accounting for the entire population.30.7%.The type of disability is mainly polio,among others,the cause of disability is congenital or hereditary(26.5%),the main cause of disability was disease(42.0%),and most of the disability was concentrated in more than 10 years(55.7%).Most disabled people can master the using of assistive devices.Only 16.7% of the patients had not mastered the method of use,and 51.4% of the disabled have not received the evaluation and application guidance of the assistive devices.49.9% of the disabled were cared for by the lover,68.3% of the disabled had actions indoors,73.5% of the disabled had difficulty moving,and 70.6% of the disabled had used self-purchasing to obtain assistive devices.55.5% of the disabled have obtained aids through policy guarantees,and 16.7% of them have received aids through social donations.Variables with statistically significant satisfaction with assistive devices for persons with disabilities(P<0.05)such as age,place of residence,marital status,average monthly household income,family life difficulties,self-purchasing,policy support,social donations,self-production,and others The variables such as acquisition methods were included in the multivariate logistic regression analysis.It was found that people with disabilities younger than 30 years old were more likely to be satisfied with assistive devices than those with other age groups.The disabled people living in rural areas were not satisfied with the assistive devices.The degree is 1.54 times that of living in the city(P=0.001,OR=1.54,95% CI=1.18-2.01),and the dissatisfied person who is divorced or widowed is 1.28 times more dissatisfied with the auxiliary device than the unmarried person(P=0.010,OR=1.28,95% CI=1.08-2.23).In the average monthly household income,the higher the monthly income,the easier it is to satisfy the assistive devices and the protection factor for their satisfaction.Difficulties in family life and the risk factors of assistive devices when making their own,policy protection is the protective factor for the satisfaction of disabled people with assistive devices.Conclusion:The satisfaction degree of the demand for assistive devices for disabled people in Beijing is affected by many factors.The choice of assistive devices should be selected from the perspectives of economy,practicality and function.Government guarantees are the protection measures for disabled people.Therefore,it is crucial for the government to formulate and amend relevant subsidy policies for assistive device. |
