ObjectiveAccording to the results of CAG reexamination, the relationship between the non-culprit coronary lesions(NCCLs)and the platelet parameters in CHD patients after PCI was analyzed. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of these platelet parameters in the diagnosis and treatment of NCCLs lesions after PCI in patients with CHD.Methods1.Study objects: Total of 300 CHD patients who review CAG after PCI from the Cardiology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University during January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled, including 203 cases of male(67.7%),97 cases were female(32.3%),the average age was 59.12ą10.56 years old.2.Study methods: The general data(age, gender, smoking history, alcohol drinking history,hypertension,diabetes,LDL,follow-up time)and platelet parameters were recorded in detail.According to the results of CAGs and NCCLs lesions, the subjects were divided into NCCLs progression group(120 cases)and non-progression group(180 cases). The general data and platelet parameters of the two groups were analyzed and compared.According to the degree of NCCLs progression, the progression group was subdivided into mild progression group(71 cases),moderate progression group(30 cases)and severe progression group(19 cases). The platelet parameters of each subgroup were further analyzed and compared, and the correlation between platelet parameters and the degree of progression of NCCLs was also analyzed.3.Statisical analysis: All the data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 statistical software. The quantitative variables were expressed by MeanąSD.T-test was used to compare the data between the two groups.Analysis of variance and LSD-t test were used for multigroup comparison.Spearman was used to analyze the correlation between platelet parameters and the progression of NCCLs.The use cases or percentages of categorical variables were compared by chi square test, and P < 0.05 was accepted as the significance level.Results1.Comparison of general clinical data between progression group and non-progression group: There was no significant difference in age, gender, smoking history, alcohol drinking history,hypertension,diabetes,LDL,Follow-up time between the progression group and the non-progression group(P >0.05).2.Platelet parameters were compared between progression group and non-progression group: The levels of MPV,PDW in the progression group were significantly higher than those in the non-progression group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).3.Comparison of platelet parameters among three subgroups in progression group:The levels of PDW and MPV in the mild progression group, moderate progression group and severe progression group were higher than those in the non-progression group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in PLT and PCT between two groups(P > 0 05).The levels of PDW and MPV also increased with the increase of the degree of progression of the lesions and there was a significant difference between the three subgroups(P < 0.05).ConclusionIn this paper,we studied the relationship between platelet parameters and the progression of non-culprit coronary lesions in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.The levels of MPV and PWD are closely related to the progression of non-culprit coronary lesions in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and are expected to be the predictors of the progression of non-culprit coronary lesions after PCI.
