The Study Of Clinical Pathway Of Acute Ischemic Stroke Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine

ObjectiveIn this study,we analyzed the current status of green channel management of acute ischemic stroke in our hospital and Based on the original clinical path of acute stroke in the emergency department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and based on the principle of evidence-based medicine,the study aims to optimize the original clinical pathways by Delphi method and to make it suitable for the routine work of emergency Clinical Pathology of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Acute Ischemic Stroke.MethodsIn this study,We through a case-review study of patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted to the General Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2015 to January 2017 in an emergency department,combined with clinical investigations and studies on acute ischemic stroke.Combining the research of path-related literature,the research topics of Delphi method were initially drafted,consultation questionnaires were formulated according to the research topics,and Delphi experts were consulted through 3 rounds until the opinions of experts became unified,and eventually an acute ischemic brain was formed in the emergency department.ResultsThrough case review and literature research,combined with the original green channel process of our hospital,an expert consultation form for acute ischemic stroke was initially drafted.It consists of two parts,five phases and 33 nursing operations.After three rounds of Delphi expert consultations,the consultation results were analyzed and organized.A total of 4 secondary entries were deleted,14 entries were modified,and 9 entries were added.In the end,38 nursing operations including two parts(“path implementation related content”and“path form”)were formed and applied to the clinical path of acute ischemic stroke combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine in the emergency department.The average authority coefficient of three rounds of expert consultation is between 0.863 and 0.865,and the expert coordination coefficient is between 0.534 and 0.721.Expert authority is strong,consistency is good,and the research results are more reliable.ConclusionsBased on the original research,this study uses clinical research,literature research and Delphi method to establish the clinical path of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in acute ischemic stroke.By applying the Delphi method in the construction of clinical pathways,opinions from experts in various fields can be extensively collected.Correct the entries in the path implementation and path form,and finally form an effective and reliable clinical path.Delphi method in the construction of clinical pathways for acute ischemic stroke is feasible and is an important research method in the path construction.This has played a certain role in the popularization of the Delphi method in the study of building an integrated clinical path of Chinese and Western medicine.Regulating emergency treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke through clinical pathways can change the traditional emergency stroke intervention process and make the process of stroke rescue more standardized so as to improve the quality of emergency care and improve the prognosis of patients.The clinical path of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the promotion of emergency has played an important role.
