objective: To demonstrate that the severity of coronary artery disease is positively correlated with the increase of AVI and API;To explore the correlation between cardiovascular risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia(especially low density lipoprotein),age,AVI and API.Methods :Patients admitted to the hospital were divided into coronary heart disease group and non-coronary heart disease group according to the coronary angiography results. The differences between AVI and API in the two groups were compared, and the coronary heart disease group was divided into single-vessel disease,multi-vessel disease and left main disease, and to understand whether AVI and API increased with the increase in the severity of coronary heart disease.Multivariate logistic regression analysis of AVI,API and cardiovascular risk factors was performed. We used Empower Stats and R software to conveniently calculate the efficacy of the tests using randomized simulations(www.fillerstats.com).Measurement data with normal distribution were expressed as s,and independent sample t test was used for comparison between groups.Median was used to represent the measurement data with non-normal distribution, and rank sum test was used for comparison between groups.Chi-square X2 test was used to compare the counting data sets.Multivariate linear regression was used to determine the correlation between AVI,API and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and its risk factors.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)general information and baseline comparison.Age,diabetes, waist circumference, carotid artery plaque, body mass index(BMI),hypertension, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, and smoking were significantly higher in the CHD group than in the non-chd group(P<0.05).TC,TG,hdl-c,ldl-c,fasting blood glucose(FBG),absolute value of neutrophils(N),absolute value of monocytes(M),absolute value of lymphocytes(L),neutrophil/lymphocyte(N/L),ba PWV,and Hs CRP were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference in TBIL,uric acid(u A),Plt,absolute value(E)of eosinophil, absolute value(B)of basophil, mean platelet volume(MPV),and LVEF % between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)compared with the non-chd group, the mean value of AVI in the CHD group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Meanwhile,there was no statistically significant difference in API between the two groups(P>0.05).;(3)AVI and API were correlated with the severity of coronary heart disease. There were significant differences between AVI and API in the three groups of stable angina pectoris, unstable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction(P<0.05),and the results showed that AVI and API were correlated with the severity of coronary heart disease.(4)AVI was positively correlated with age,SBP,DBP,MAP,PP,API and ba PWV(r=0.219-0.471,P<0.05 or P<0.001).API was positively correlated with age,BMI,SBP,DBP,MAP,PP,BNP,AVI,ba PWV(r=0.213-0.726,P<0.05 or <0.01).Then,multivariate linear regression analysis was performed with AVI and API as dependent variables, and age,BMI,SBP,DBP,PP,BNP,AVI and ba PWV as independent variables. It was found that SBP all entered AVI and API equation, and became the most significant factor affecting them.API is closely related to hdl-c,and API is also significantly affected by DBP;Conclusion: AVI and API were significantly higher in CHD group than in non-chd group, suggesting that both AVI and API were involved in the occurrence and development of CHD.With the increase of coronary calcification score,AVI and API values increased, suggesting that the severity of CHD was correlated with AVI and API.The results of multivariate Logistic regression suggested that API was associated with the presence of obvious coronary artery stenosis,brachial-ankle pulse wave conduction velocity(ba PWV),fasting blood glucose and abnormal LDL.
