Objective: By understanding the cognitive status of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in960 middle school students in Changchun City and its influencing factors,in order to improve the cognitive level of middle school students on cardiopulmonary resuscitation,further lay a foundation for training in middle school students.Methods: A sample of 960 junior high school students from three schools in Changchun City was selected for investigation and research.The questionnaire refers to the“Responsibility Questionnaire on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation of Community Residents”formulated by Meiyuan and others from Central South University.The questionnaire was designed by the “Changchun Middle School Students on Cognition and Training Intention of Outer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation” and conducted on-site investigation and recycling.To understand the cognitive status of middle school students in Changchun City on cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and to analyze the results of the survey.All data were established using excel 2010;statistical analysis was performed using spss19.0,mainly using chi-square test,rank sum test,descriptive statistical analysis,and analysis of variance.Results:(1)In this study,1006 questionnaires were distributed and 960 valid questionnaires were returned.The effective recovery rate was 95.43%.(2)The average score of CPR in middle school students in Changchun was32.89±12.47,and the average score was 26.15±6.56.(3)One-way ANOVA results show that the gender,age,region,parental occupation,parental education level,whether they have received CPR training,whether they have heard of CPR,etc.have an impact on CPR knowledge scores;Whether they have received CPR training,whether they have heard of CPR,whether the school is equipped with first aid facilities,etc.have an impact on CPR attitude scores,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the rank sum test,the nationality and religious belief of middle school students had no effect on CPR awareness and attitude,and the difference wasnot statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The prevalence rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in middle school students in Changchun is low,and there is no systematic theoretical structure of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.(2)Middle school students in Changchun have high demand for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation knowledge and skills,but lack access to training.
