Clinical Observation On The Combination Of Single Point And Acupoint In The Treatment Of Functional Uterine Hemorrhage By Acupuncture

Objective: To explore the law of acupoint compatibility in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding by using traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform for data mining,and to observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint compatibility group and single acupoint group in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding(spleen deficiency type).Methods: Using computer and manual search methods,the literature on the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating functional uterine bleeding in China since the founding of the People's Republic of China was collected,and a literature database was established according to the requirements.Using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system to systematically analyze the acupoints in the prescriptions in the literature.After obtaining the results,we consulted with our tutor to determine that Guanyuan acupoint is the acupoint compatibility group,and Sanyinjiao acupoint is the single acupoint group for the treatment of functional uterine bleeding(spleen deficiency type).Then,a randomized controlled trial was designed,and 75 eligible patients were recruited in the pre-clinical epidemiological survey.The subjects were randomly allocated.The compatibility group of acupoints and single acupoint group were used as experimental treatment.In fact,31 patients in each group(with abscission or removal)were treated with acupuncture for 20 times,5 times a week,30 minutes each time.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating functional uterine bleeding was evaluated comprehensively by taking whether or not there was non-menstrual bleeding as an index and combining with a number of biochemical indicators.Results: The effective rate of acupoint compatibility group was 90.32%,and that of single acupoint treatment was 61.29%.The effective rate of improving syndromes by acupoint compatibility was 89.09%,and that of improving syndromes by single acupoint was 61.29%.The time of prothrombin shortening in acupoint compatibility group was better than that in single acupoint group.The time of activating partial prothrombin kinase in acupoint compatibility group was shorter than that in single acupoint group.Conclusion: 1 Data mining shows that the most frequently used acupoint for the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is Sanyinjiao,the most frequently usedcombination is Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan,and the frequency of the use of Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian accounts for 31.78% of the total frequency.2 Through the analysis of this study,the hemostatic effect of acupoint compatibility group was significantly better than that of single acupoint group(p < 0.05),and the acupoint compatibility group was better in improving TCM syndromes(p < 0.05).The acupoint compatibility group shortened prothrombin time and partial prothrombin kinase time than single acupoint group(p < 0.05).But single acupoint also has the effect of hemostasis,improving TCM syndromes,shortening prothrombin time and partial prothrombin time.3 This study found that acupoints with the same function of Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan can play a synergistic role.The combination of distant acupoints and near acupoints can be extended to the clinical application of functional uterine bleeding.
