Objective:To observe the ef fect of Sunshi tongluo decoction on collateral circulation in patients with acute cerebral infarction of Qi and Yin deficiency. Methods:Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction diagn(osed and treated in the acupuncture and moxibustion department of Xuzhou City Hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.According to the random principle,40 cases were divided into Chinese medicine group and 40 cases in the control group. The control group was treated routinely according to the clinical guidelines for acute cerebral infarction. The Chinese medicine group added the Sunshi tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group,200ml/time,2 times/day.A 14day treatment was carried out in both groups. All patients were enrolled in the TCD on the 1st and 14th day after admission to observe the cerebral blood flow velocity of the collateral circulation, the NIHSS score to determine the degree of neurological deficit and the ADL scale to assess the daily living ability.TCM symptom. All data were entered into excel2007 to establish a database. All observation indicators were analyzed by sps20.0 statistical analysis software. After data processing,P<0.05 was statistically significant. Results:After 14 days of treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the sa,me group before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group improved the neurological deficit. After treatment, the Chinese medicine group and the control group had significant differences in NIHSS scores and efficacy(P<0.05),indicating that the Chinese medicine group was superior to the control group in improving the degree of neurological deficit after treatment. After 14 days of treatment, the ADL scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the Chinese medicine group was superior to the control group in improving ADL,TCM symptoms and curative effect, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment, the improvement rate of collateral circulation in the Chinese medicine group was 72.5%,and that in the western medicine group was 52.5%.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Sunshi tongluo decoction can improve the collateral circulation in patients with acute cerebral infarction(qi and yin defi ciency type).2.Sunshi tongluo decoction can greatly reduce the NIHSS score of patients with acute cerebral infarction(qi and yin deficiency),improve neurological deficit, improve patients' daily living ability, and improve TCM symptoms.
