Clinical Observation Of Qishi Shengjiang Guiyuan Pill On Functional Dyspepsia With Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qishi Shengjiangguiyuan Pill Use pivot adjust shu(spine)/pivot on functional dyspepsia(FD)with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome,to explore the effect of Qishi Shengjiangguiyuan Pill on skin temperature of Rendu and Spleen-Stomach Meridian Wushu points in FD patients,and to reveal the mechanism of Qishi Shengjiangguiyuan Pill in treating FD through Using pivot adjust shu(spine)/pivot,so as to provide objective clinical basis for Qishi Shengjiangguiyuan Pill in treating FD.Method:Seventy patients with functional dyspepsia who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with Qishi Shengjiang Guiyuan pill and the control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablet.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms of FD patients were evaluated by TCM symptom integral scale.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale were used.The anxiety and depression of FD patients were assessed by HAMD.The skin temperature of Rendu and Spleen-Stomach Meridian points was measured by Thermo Tracre 6T67 infrared imaging system in Japan.Results:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.9%,which was higher than 56.2% of the controlgroup.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of gastric fullness and abdominal distension in the control group were improved(P<0.05),and the symptoms of TCM in the observation group were improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the symptoms of epigastric pain,poor appetite,acid regurgitation,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,fecal erosion in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the symptoms of gastric fullness and abdominal distention in the control group were significantly improved(P<0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,the HAMA/HAMD scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the HAMA/HAMD scores of the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group relieved anxiety and depression better than the control group.(4)After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the average temperature of Ren Du and skin temperature of Spleen-stomach meridian in the observation group increased(P < 0.05),while the average temperature of Ren Du and skin temperature of Spleen-stomach meridian in the control group decreased(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Qishi Shengjiang Guiyuan Pill can improve the clinical discomfort symptoms of FD,and alleviate FD anxiety and depression.(2)Qishi Shengjiangguiyuan Pill can increase the average temperature of Ren-Du,increase the skin temperature of five points of Spleen-stomach meridian,and improve the state of Ren-Du and spleen-stomach Qijiao,which may be the clinical mechanism of treating spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type FD.
