Objective: to explore the relationship between TCM syndromes and endoscopic gastric mucosa in patients with bile reflux gastritis, enrich the contents of TCM inspection of bile reflux gastritis, and provide objective theoretical basis for TCM treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods: Patients according to the study in the relevant diagnostic criteria, make bile reflux gastritis patients data observation table,in October 2016 to October 2018 in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university hospital or outpatient service included in the standard of 120 patients with bile reflux gastritis, investigate, collect the patient's general information,TCM four diagnostic data, gastroscope data, explore the correlation between TCM syndrome and gastroscope like, using SPSS21.0 software for processing analysis.Results:1.In this study, the incidence ratio of male and female was 1:1.There were slightly more females than males, and the preoccurrence age of males was46.47 16.73 years old, while that of females was 40.62 17.91 years old.Hobby spicy, smoking and drinking, strong tea and coffee and other food addiction is also an important factor. The duration of the disease was 29.0030.73 months, accounting for 47.1% of the total number of participants.Among them,HP infection and gallbladder disease(including cholecystitis, gallstone, and cholecystectomy)were the most common, accounting for 42.3%.2.The clinical symptoms of the patients in this study were epigastric distension pain, ruffian, burning sensation,anti-acid noise and epigastric pain.Endoscopic gastric mucosa was characterized by hyperemia, edema and erosion, with red and white mucosa and red mucosa as the main color, and roughness was more common. The grade of bile reflux was 1,2 and 3,respectively.3.The distribution of TCM syndromes is successively spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome > liver and stomach discord syndrome > spleen and stomach infirmity syndrome > stomach Yin deficiency syndrome > stomach collateral stasis syndrome. The syndrome of dampness and heat of spleen and stomach was more common in males, and diastasis of liver and stomach was more common in females. The tongue is mostly red and white, while the tongue coating is yellow and greasy, thin and yellow.4.In this study, there were differences between TCM syndromes and gastroscopic mucosa(P<0.05),and mucosa hyperemia, edema and erosion were mostly found in the damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach.Disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome with congestive, edema, rough majority.Mucous membrane congestion, cardia relaxation more see weak spleen and stomach syndrome.Mucous membrane red and white, mainly red in the stomach Yin deficiency syndrome.bleeding point commonly seen in the stomach blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion:1.The syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine include dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, diastasis of liver and stomach, and weakness of spleen and stomach.2.The endoscopic mucosa of bile reflux gastritis was hyperemia, edema and erosion with red and white mucosa and red mucosa.3.The TCM syndromes of bile reflux gastritis are correlated with the mucosal changes under gastroscope. The syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach was characterized by hyperemia, edema and roughness.Mucosa hyperemia and cardia relaxation were found mostly in weak spleen and stomach.Mucosa red and white, mainly red in the stomach Yin deficiency syndrome;Bleeding point is common in stomach collaterals blood stasis. It has certain reference value for clinical guidance.
