Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the age of cryptorchidism in Xinjiang and the multi-factor analysis of the age of the affected patients, and to explore the factors affecting the age of surgery in children with cryptorchidism in Xinjiang. Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of children admitted to the hospital from October 2008 to December 2018 in the Department of Pediatric Surgery,People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, who underwent testicular reduction.Collecting demographic factors, anatomical factors, family factors and social factors of children with cryptorchidism in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region for a total of 10 influencing factors;using single factor t test and multiple linear regression analysis to affect Xinjiang cryptorchidism The multi-factors of the age of the operation were analyzed.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:A total of 167 cases of cryptorchidism were complete with relevant information, strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, including 133 cases of unilateral cryptorchidism(79.6%)and 17 cases(10.1%)of children with abnormal penile dysplasia. The average age of surgery was 46±10.3 months,11.8%(55 cases)of testicular decline before 12 months of age,49%(225 cases)of testicular decline before 12-24 months of age,and 38 cases of testicular decline after 36 months of age38.5%(176cases).Independent sample t-test analysis showed that different regions, cryptorchid anatomical types, combined penile malformations, family annual income, first pediatric surgery visit age,and medical insurance had an effect on operative time in children with cryptorchidism, with statistically significant differences. The operation time of cryptorchidism in northern Xinjiang is earlier than that in southern Xinjiang;the operation time of testicular in abdominal cavity is earlier than that in groin, and the operation time in groin is earlier than the root of penis;the operation time of malformation with external genitalia is earlier than no merger.Malformed;the guardian's annual income is higher than the low income;the medical insurance has an operation time earlier than no medical insurance;the first pediatric surgery is younger than the older one.Multivariate analysisshowed that the regional, cryptorchid anatomy type, combined penile malformation, family annual income, first pediatric surgery visit age, medical insurance situation have an impact on the operation time of the child,as an independent influencing factor, operation time = 33.754-5.654;area +8.505,anatomical type-10.214,combined penile malformation-6.588,annual family income +6.155,pediatric surgery visit age-6.131.Conclusion:In children with cryptorchidism in Xinjiang, the age of testicles falling to the scrotum is mostly after 24 months of age.Parents of children with penile root cryptorchidism with poor economic conditions and no medical insurance in southern Xinjiang and grassroots medical workers should strengthen the relevant knowledge education on the age of cryptorchidism surgery, and improve the testicles of children with cryptorchidism in Xinjiang to reduce the scrotum Month age.
