Objective: To study the social-environmental factors of Pediatric Urolithiasis under 6 years old in Yarkant County of Xinjiang,from the perspective of social-environmental factors,to explore the relationship between social-environmental factors and metabolic factors,exploring the causes of Pediatric Urolithiasis and providing scientific basis for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of Pediatric Urolithiasis.Methods: A 1:1 case-control study was selected.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,100 patients with pediatric urolithiasis hospitalized and treated in People’s hospital of Yarkant County from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the case group,and their ages ranged from 0 to 6 years old.In the control group,100 children with normal physical examination in the People’s hospital of Yarkant County during the same period,aged between 0 and 6 years old,were selected,and their gender,age composition and other information were similar to ensure the comparability between the case group and the control group.A questionnaire survey was selected among the selected children.According to data types,chi-square test,rank sum test and t test were used for univariate analysis,and multivariate Logistic regression model was used for multivariate analysis.Result: Single factor analysis of the social-environment factors,parents educational level,parents occupation,family income per head,the feeding way,add consisting of five months,infants and young children,diet,drinking water and nutrition status were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),in combination with single factor analysis,the result of the multi-factor logistic regression analysis,breastfeeding,edible vegetables,drinking tap water for infant urinary calculi disease protection factors of the disease,and drinking milk,edible paste food,drinking water,daily water quantity<500ml for pediatric urolithiasis risk factors of the disease.Conclusion: The incidence of pediatric urolithiasis in Yarkant County of Xinjiang is closely related to social-environmental factors.The analysis of the causes of urinary calculi from the perspective of social-environment is of guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of pediatric urolithiasis.Therefore,we should strengthen the propaganda of science and education in Southern Xinjiang,guide them to establish correct living habits,and guide them to improve and adjust their dietary structure,so as to conmmand and reduce the incidence of pediatric urolithiasisinthisarea effectually,and finally achieve the goal of eliminating urinary calculi disease in infants and children at the source.
