The Correlation Between Health Quotient And Family Development Ability Of Rural Householders In Xinjiang

Object: By describing the family development ability and health quotient of householders in rural areas of Xinjiang,and analysed the factor affecting the family development ability and health quotient,to explore the correlation between health quotient and family development ability,and to provide reference for improving health awareness and family development ability of rural residents in Xinjiang.Methods: The convenient sampling method was used to survey 668 rural households in 14 counties and 14 townships in Xinjiang.The quantitative method was questionnaire survey and the qualitative method was personal interview.Quantitative data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software and AMOS24.0 structural equation software,the chi-square test was used for the singlefactor analysis of factors affecting family development ability,orderly logistic regression was used for multivariate analysis,variance analysis and T test analysis were used for single factor analysis of health quotient,and multiple linear regression for multiple factors,the relationship among family development ability and health quotient was analyzed by path analysis.Qualitative data were classified and analyzed by thematic framework analysis,and key factors,important factors and general factors were screened by Pareto chart.Results: 1)Quantitative research results showed:(1)The ideal total health quotient of male and female householders accounted for 86.23%and 86.17%.The total health quotient of male householders was mainly affected by income,government subsidies,proportion of expenditure items and household facilities and transportation.The total health quotient of female householders was mainly influenced by region,income and proportion of expenditure items.(2)84.43%of rural family's family development ability were medium and above,basically the same as that in 2015.The results of orderly logistic regression analysis showed that the female householders were in good health condition,family has no loans,does not need government subsidies,and family was living in building were the promotion factors for the development ability of rural families.(3)Path analysis shows that there is a positive correlation between health quotient of householders and family development.2)Qualitative research results showed: the key factors of stress for male householders were economy and career,the important factors were family and health,the general factors were offspring,living conditions,supporting the old,self-needs and interpersonal relationship.The key factors of stress for female househoulders were economy,family and career,the important factor was health,the general factor were children,living conditions,self-needs and interpersonal relationship.Conclusion: The health quotient of the rural householders and the family development ability in Xinjiang is in an ideal state.By further developing rural economy,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,increasing health education and promoting mutual support among family members,and improving family cohesion,the health awareness and family development ability,of rural residents can be comprehensively improved.
