Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training in the treatment of defecation function in patients with constipation-type bowel dysfunction after stroke, and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of constipation-type bowel dysfunction after stroke. Methods:Sixty patients with constipation-type defecation dysfunction after stroke were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training.the control group given only simple gastrointestinal rehabilitation treatment, both groups were treated for 3 weeks, the two groups of patients before and after treatment are used neurogenic bowel dysfunction score,Wexner constipation score,The TCM constipation symptom score and the Bristol fecal trait score were evaluated to evaluate the efficacy of the two treatment methods.Results:1、Efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate was 89.20% in the treatment group and 76.70% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.2、Before treatment, the gender, age, disease duration, disease location and related history data,NBD scale,Wexner constipation score,TCM constipation symptom score,Bristol fecal trait score scale(BSFS),in the treatment group and the control group,None of the above data were statistically significant.3、treatment group before and after treatment: NBD total score and average defecation time, defecation times, discomfort during stool, finger stimulation of anus or finger-assisted defecation, fecal incontinence, exhaust incontinence, oral laxatives, eight scores, the difference is statistically significant Significance(p<0.05).Comparison before and after treatment in the control group: NBD scores and average defecation time, number of bowel movements, finger stimulation of anus or finger-assisted excretion, fecal incontinence, exhaust incontinence, oral laxatives, and anal problems were all statistically significant(p< 0.05).After treatment, the average defecation time, oral laxatives, and NBD scores were compared between the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There were no significant differences in the remaining scores between the two groups.4、 After treatment, the Wexner constipation score,TCM constipation symptom score, and Bristol stool trait score scale(BSFS)were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and significantly improved compared with before treatment. Before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(p < 0.001).5、The Wexner constipation score, the TCM constipation symptom score, and the Bristol stool trait score scale(BSFS)were significantly improved in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.001).6、After treatment, the treatment group and the control group, the comparison between the groups, the treatment group compared with the control group in the Wexner constipation score, the Chinese medicine constipation symptom scores were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05),but the Bristol stool trait score The difference in scale(BSFS)was not statistically significant(p > 0.05).Conclusion:1、Acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training and simple gastrointestinal rehabilitation training can effectively improve constipation-type bowel dysfunction after stroke.2、Acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training and simple gastrointestinal rehabilitation training significantly improved constipation-type bowel dysfunction in stroke patients.Among them, acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training is significantly better than simple gastrointestinal rehabilitation training in improving the number of bowel movements, reducing the use of laxatives, and the total score of NBD.3、Acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training and simple gastrointestinal rehabilitation training can improve the Wexner constipation score and the constipation symptom score of patients with constipation-type bowel dysfunction after stroke.Among them, acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training is significantly better than simple gastrointestinal rehabilitation training.4、Acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training and simple gastrointestinal rehabilitation training can improve the overall efficacy of patients with constipation-type bowel dysfunction after stroke.Acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training is more effective than simple gastrointestinal rehabilitation training.Acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training may be an effective method to improve bowel dysfunction after stroke.
