Study On The Theory Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Gynecological Diseases In Fushan Traditional Chinese Medicine

Fu Shan has unique insights in the treatment of gynecological diseases,because of its rich connotation,unique,highly respected by future generations of physicians.His theory on the treatment of gynecological diseases is embodied in the book of ?Fu Qing Zhu Gynecology?.This article takes ?Fu Qing Zhu Gynecology? as the main literature material,through careful study,the following main research work has been done: Firstly,the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of common gynecological diseases in Fushan were analyzed.By summing up Fu Shan's exposition of common gynecological diseases and combining with the pathogenesis analysis method of "using prescription to test syndrome",the author puts forward his own views on the causes and pathogenesis of some illnesses and syndromes which are inadequate or unreasonable in Fu Shan's exposition.Secondly,it expounds Fu Shan's theory of syndrome and treatment of gynecological diseases.By summarizing the treatment methods used in gynecological diseases in the book and according to the classification law of the eight internal treatment methods,the four methods of warming,clearing,eliminating and replenishing are classified and elaborated.Thirdly,the characteristics of the prescription were analyzed.Combining with the prescriptions of Fu Shan in treating common gynecological diseases,the characteristics of the prescriptions are analyzed,and the specific application rules of Fu Shan's theory of gynecological treatment are further proved.At the same time,combined with the modern research data,we excavate the wider application of characteristic prescriptions under the guidance of treatment,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Through the analysis and discussion of specific treatment,diagnosis and treatment of diseases and symptoms,and prescription medication,this paper systematically summarizes the theoretical characteristics of Fu Shan's treatment of gynecological diseases and symptoms,as well as its significance to modern clinical and scientific research.Through the study,it was found that Fu Shan not only summarized the general diagnosis and treatment of common gynecological diseases such as Belt,Metrorrhagia,Menstruation and Infertility,but also differentiated and treated them according to different syndromes.For the diseases caused by damp pathogens,Fu Shan did not adhere to the fact that damp pathogens are only related to spleen deficiency,but considered that liver and kidney are also the key to dampness according to the specific syndrome types,combined with the theory of Qi and blood,viscera,five elements Sheng Ke,meridians and collaterals.For hemorrhagic collapse,Fu Shan flexibly treats it according to the principle of "treating the target with urgency,treating the root with slowness",and the method of "treating urgency" is not blindly using astringency and hemostasis products,but according to the etiology and pathogenesis,differentiating treatment methods such as invigorating qi,invigorating blood,clearing heat,soothing liver,removing blood stasis and so on.For menstrual diseases with relatively complex etiology and pathogenesis,Fu Shan starts from the physiological mechanism of menstruation formation,combines specific symptoms,etiology,age,constitution and other factors,and synthesizes syndrome differentiation and treatment.For the modern clinical treatment of more difficult infertility,Fu Shan advocates the combination of patients with menstruation,with infertility and other symptoms of common treatment.In addition,besides judging the etiology and pathogenesis of the four common gynecological diseases mentioned above,the theory of YinYang,Five Elements,Zang-fu,Qi-blood,meridians and collaterals will also be integrated into the legislation and prescription of the four common gynecological diseases mentioned above.Under the full understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis,Fu Shan's treatment of gynecological diseases and syndromes is mainly based on the "eight methods" of moderate temperature,clearing,eliminating and supplementing.Women are prone to deficiency of essence,Qi and blood due to their special physiological functions such as menstruation and gestation of fetus,which often manifest as deficiency syndrome.According to the physiological and pathological characteristics of women,it is also one of the remarkable characteristics of its treatment.In addition,according to the characteristics of different diseases and pathogenesis,he is also good at combining various treatment methods and flexible application.Its four therapeutic characteristics of warming,clearing,eliminating and replenishing are as follows: Firstly,most of the heat-clearing methods used by Fushan are deficiency-clearing and heat-clearing,but few are solid-clearing and heat-clearing.In addition,according to the different viscera which produce fire-heat,Fu Shan's method of clearing heat often chooses drugs to clear different viscera.Secondly,the Qi-regulating method used by Fu Shan is mainly the Qi-regulating mechanism of regulating liver.Because women's menstruation,fetal pregnancy and other special physiological functions are affected by the liver,once liver failure will inevitably lead to menstruation,pregnancy,postpartum and other physiological activities disorders.Thirdly,almost all the methods used by Fushan are combined with warming and tonifying.Most of them are based on warming and tonifying kidney-yang and spleen-stomach,and none of them are products of great fever.Because women are prone to deficiency of qi,blood,Yin and yang,Fu Shan takes into account the specific etiology and pathogenesis,fully takes into account the functional relationship among qi,blood,Yin and yang,viscera and meridians,and combines the Sheng Ke relationship among the five elements,and uses the methods of invigorating qi,invigorating blood,invigorating qi and blood together with invigorating yin.Fourthly,the method of regulating blood used by Fu Shan is not only promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis or stopping bleeding,but also analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of blood stasis or bleeding according to the specific symptoms of patients,and using the method of regulating blood according to the etiology and pathogenesis.Even in the treatment of massive hemorrhage,Fu Shan will not use astringent hemostatic products.Or dispelling blood stasis is the first,then tonifying qi and blood;or dispelling blood stasis is the main,and Tonifying Qi and nourishing blood.Under the guidance of treatment,most prescriptions used in Fushan gynecological disease treatment were created for themselves.Because its treatment is mostly based on the etiology and pathogenesis of the legislation prescription,he created the Wandai decoction,biochemical Decoction and other prescriptions can also be used in gynecology,medicine,andrology,veterinary and other fields,and the effect is good.Fushan likes to use tonics,and pay attention to the combination of static and dynamic,Yin-Yang balance,plus the flexible application of drug pairs,through different processing methods to enhance the efficacy of flavor,medication attention to control dosage to make the primary and secondary distinct.The combination of these medication characteristics makes Fushan's prescriptions for gynecological diseases small but effective.In addition,Fushan attaches great importance to abstinence in the treatment of gynecological diseases,which is relatively rare in other gynecological monographs of traditional Chinese medicine.In his exposition of various gynecological diseases,he mentioned that indulgence is the main cause of disease,and advocated that taking medicine must cooperate with abstinence in order to achieve the desired therapeutic effect.Fushan's medical achievements in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases and syndromes enrich the contents of gynecology in traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the research on the theory of syndrome and treatment of Fushan gynecological disease actually includes the discussion of its etiology and pathogenesis,the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of disease and the law of prescription medication.The author tries his best to excavate the connotation and value of the theory of syndrome and treatment of Fushan gynecological disease,in order to provide useful reference for gynecological scientific research,teaching and clinical medication of modern Chinese medicine.
