Study On The Regularity Of Professor Lin Shouning In Treating Chronic Gastritis

Objective: Taking Professor Lin Shouning's traditional Chinese medicine prescription for chronic gastritis as the research object,using data mining method,the medication rule of Professor Lin Shouning for chronic gastritis was excavated and studied.Methods: From September 2017 to September 2018,Professor Lin Shouning's outpatient clinic was selected.The basic information and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with chronic gastritis were diagnosed.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,72 cases were included.A total of 288 outpatient prescriptions were screened.The original data is backed up by Microsoft Excel.In order to ensure the accuracy of the final results,the names of Chinese medicines are standardized first,and then the data are input.288 prescriptions,including symptoms,diagnosis,tongue and pulse images,and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,were screened and sorted into the "clinical acquisition" module of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)to establish Professor Lin Shouning's basic database for the treatment of chronic gastritis.Then we use the statistical report module in the software of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)to make statistics on the basic information of medical records,four scents and five flavors,the frequency of using single-flavor drugs,meridian tropism,etc.We use the "medical record statistics" in the statistical report module to make statistics on symptoms and syndromes,use the "prescription law" to analyze prescription medication patterns and drug association rules,and use the "new analysis".The potential core drug combinations were extracted,and potential drug combinations were excavated on this basis.Finally,the rules of drug use were discussed and summarized according to the results.Results: Among the 288 prescriptions of 72 patients with chronic gastritis treated by Professor Lin Shouning,38 were males and 34 were females.The ratio of males to females was about 1.12:1.The middle-aged patients aged 40-49(29.1%)were more common.There were 64 kinds of symptoms,the total frequency of symptoms was 1 238,of which epigastric pain(6.6%)was the most obvious.There are 12 syndromes,of which damp stagnation of spleen and stomach syndrome(35.4%)is the most common,followed by cold-heat syndrome(26.7%).The tongue veins are characterized by toothed marks on the pale edge of the tongue,thin white fur and gentle pulse.Temperature(55.9%)and peace(27.8%)were the most frequently used drugs,followed by cold,cool and heat drugs.Spicy medicine(34.4%)was the most commonly used medicine,followed by sweet medicine(33.8%).Drugs are mainly attributed to the spleen meridian,stomach meridian and lung meridian.Among the 288 prescriptions in this study,114 medicines were involved,with a cumulative frequency of 3815 times.The top eight medicines used most frequently were orange peel(279 times),Amomum seed(260 times),liquorice and chicken inner gold(252 times),Poria cocos(237 times),fried Atractylodes macrocephala(234 times),ginger Pinellia(225 times),wood fragrance(205 times)and bergamot(167 times).Under the condition of 50% support and 0.9 confidence,171 commonly used drug patterns involving 10 core drugs were obtained.34 groups of traditional Chinese medicines,59 groups of 3 commonly used medicines,56 groups of 4 commonly used medicines and 22 groups of 5 commonly used medicines were obtained.Drug patterns with frequencies over 190 times were composed of orange peel,Amomum villosum,liquorice,chicken inner gold,Poria cocos,ginger pinellia,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,and wood incense.On the basis of the 171 common drug patterns,the medication rules of prescriptions were studied.Finally,319 drug association rules with confidence above 0.90 and 65 drug association rules with confidence of 1 were obtained.Under the condition of "correlation degree" of 8 and "punishment degree" of 2,a total of 6054 items of association degree among 114 prescriptions in the database were obtained.58 pairs of traditional Chinese medicines with correlation coefficient above 0.02 evolved into 16 core combinations of three potential medicines,and 8 potential combinations of drugs for chronic gastritis were obtained.Conclusion: Professor Lin Shouning emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment in treating chronic gastritis.He believes that dampness stagnation of spleen and stomach,cold and heat syndrome are the most common syndromes in chronic gastritis.Temperature and placidity drugs were the main drugs used,and spicy and sweet drugs were the most used.The most commonly used combination of 2-flavor,3-flavor,4-flavor and 5-flavor medicines is orange peel-amomum villosum;orange peel-licoriceamomum villosum;orange peel-chicken inner gold-licorice-amomum villosum;ginger pinellia-orange peel-chicken inner gold-licoriceamomum villosum villosum.Based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,eight potential drug combinations of Professor Lin Shouning for chronic gastritis were obtained.
