Study On The Clinical Experience Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis And The Law Of Drug Use By Professor Jin Xiaojing

Objective:Through data mining,this study takes Professor Jin Xiaojing medical record in treating chronic atrophic gastritis as the research object,and deeply excavates the clinical rules and medication experience of his supervisor in treating this disease.Methods:The case data of Professor Jin Xiaojing outpatient treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in recent 2 years were collected,the database was established,and the computer data mining technology was used,including frequency analysis and cluster analysis.The main research objective is to conduct frequency analysis of traditional Chinese medicines involved in TCM prescription,and obtain data from cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicines ranked top 89 in frequency,and then conduct discussion based on relevant knowledge.Results:1.There were 145 cases of TCM prescriptions by Professor Jin Xiaojing for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,involving more than 90 kinds of TCM,among which 89 kinds of TCM were used twice or more frequently.The most frequent ones were tangerine peel,Chinese hawthorn,Pinellia tuber,Jiao 6 Divine Comedy,Perilla stem,cassia twigs,chicken internal gold,rhubarb,etc.2.Cluster analysis was conducted on the efficacy classification of 89 traditional Chinese medicines according to the 12th Five-Year TCM textbook.The data showed that the frequency of disinfecting drugs was the highest,followed by Qi regulating drugs,Wenli drugs,cough relieving and antiasthmatic drugs,heat-clearing drugs and defect-tonifying drugs.Conclusion:The tutor treated chronic atrophic gastritis by combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,mainly with traditional Chinese medicine and assisted by western medicine.Through syndrome differentiation and treatment,the disease was treated by clearing heat and detoxifying clearing damp,warming meridian and dispersing cold,passing as tonic,regulating qi and eliminating PI.Based on the cubic principle of protecting spleen and stomach,the prescription has the characteristics of small drug taste,less drug quantity and smart drug selection.Pay attention to the balance of Qi and blood,Yin and Yang,cold and heat.The self-designed Xinpu Yin(dandelion,forsythia,rhubarb,Coptis chinensis,Phellodendron chinense,Lilium lilium,Amylostum,etc.)was combined with PPI to eradicate Helicobacter pylori.The self-made Erchen Xiaowei Decoction was used for comprehensive conditioning to slow down the atrophy of gastric mucosa.
