Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Simple Obesity By Conditioning The Three-point Acupoint Embedding Chinese

Objective: Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding with regulating triple energizer method on simple obesity.To explore the effectiveness of Catgut Embedding at acupoints in the treatment of simple obesity.To provide some reference for clinical treatment of simple obesity.Methods: obese patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the control group(metformin group)and the treatment group(acupoint catgut embedding group)with 30 cases in each group,and related interventions were carried out.The control group was given metformin tablets twice a day,once a tablet,orally before meals,one week later,three times,one tablet each time,90 days as a course of treatment.The treatment group was treated with catgut embedding once every 15 days,6 times as a course of treatment,and the observation period as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the obesity index,TCM symptom and body circumference of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,60 cases completed the experiment,including 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.1.Comparison of clinical efficacy After treatment,the total effective rate was 66.7% in the control group and90% in the treatment group.After comparison,in the treatment of simple obesity,the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding group of regulatingtriple energizer method and metformin group(P<0.05).2.Improvement of phlegm-dampness syndrome After treatment,the total effective rate of Improving Phlegm-dampness syndrome was 43% in the control group and 90% in the treatment group.By comparison,in improving the curative effect of phlegm-dampness syndrome,the acupoint catgut embedding group of regulating triple energizer method was treated with metformin(P<0.05).3.Comparison of obesity index and body circumference(1)In improving body weight and waist circumference,catgut embedding group was better than western medicine group(P<0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in improving obesity,body mass index,hip circumference and waist-hip ratio between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: Treatment of simple obesity by Catgut Embedding at acupoints with the method of regulating triple energizer has good clinical efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
